This Yumiori vest from The North Face is warm without being bulky, and the high-pile fleece feels soft and comfortable. I’ve worn it over both tees and long sleeves, and it adds just the right amount of warmth without overheating. The cut is flattering and practical—there’s no bunching or awkward fit. The secure zip pockets (two at the waist and one at the chest) are actually useful for keys or earbuds, and the cinch cord at the hem lets you fine-tune the fit if needed. I also really appreciate the sustainable design. It’s made entirely from recycled materials but doesn’t sacrifice comfort or durability. I’ve never really been into vests, but this one totally won me over. I was surprised by how comfortable, light and well-fitted it was. It’s not bulky by any means and it looks great whether I’m wearing it over a plain t-shirt or a cozy flannel. The pockets are actually useful! Which I really appreciate. This grey color also looks great with anything else in my wardrobe. What really sealed the deal for me is that it’s made from 100% recycled materials. That kind of sustainability matters to me, and it’s nice to see it done right without sacrificing quality or style. This is a very well-made fleece vest from The North Face—exactly the kind of quality you’d expect from the brand. I especially like the simple, clean look—it has the classic North Face logo on both the front and back shoulder, which adds a nice touch without being over-the-top. The vest has two zippered hand pockets and a chest pocket that comes in handy for small items like keys or earbuds. I've been a fan of The North Face for many years. Their products are consistently high quality and perform well. I was glad to see that their items are available on Amazon. This vest is excellent. It definitely improves on standard fleece vests, with the pile being something between sherpa and a thick fleece. I really like the fit and appearance of the vest. I also like the grey color. This vest offers great value at the current price of about $75.
