I got better at fingerwhips on flat ground with this as well as kickless flat, whip rewind flat, whip-fingerwhip flat, and bri flip flat which is pretty nice but the deck is pretty rough from hitting the surface, I also learned to use shoes with this because slamming a bri into your foot with the bars hurts. I purchased the Pro model trampoline scooter for my 12yr old grandson, and the top bearing in the headset broke within 10 minutes of using the scooter. He was obviously upset so I immediately ordered another scooter (same one). He used it about 30 minutes today and it hasn’t broke yet. I was especially careful to not over tighten; followed instructions on YouTube video. The bearings are junk, so I expect the newest one will break quickly also. My son uses it all the time. I personally feel like it was too expensive but it has lasted despite my 11 year old and his friends using it daily. So I guess it's well made and worth the money. The only thing is that it's a bit to small for my son who is tall, 5'3" but it's just right for his friends who are a bit shorter. ... show more

This trick scooter looks like it will be just what the boy wanted but be forewarned, it requires an allen wrench to tighten the nuts and bolts and there was not one included. And after searching the tool chest we had to go buy a set of wrenches to get this item put together correctly.
