Design and Aesthetics My wife is a major fan of the movie so this limited edition collaboration was a perfect acquisition. One of the best things about this brush is how it looks in a professional setting. Most small travel brushes are designed with kid friendly colors or patterns that can look a bit out of place for an adult. This red metallic and black design is incredibly stylish and sleek she can pull it out of her purse anywhere without it looking tacky or childish. Portability and Build The mini size is ideal for travel or for keeping in a daily handbag. Despite being a travel size brush it feels substantial and well made. It is compact enough to fit in almost any purse but large enough to be genuinely useful for an adults hair. The metallic finish gives it a premium feel that you do not usually find with standard detanglers. Performance and Results Beyond the looks the brush works wonderfully. It is specifically designed for straight to wavy hair types and does a great job of eliminating knots and reducing breakage without any pulling or discomfort. It performs just as well as a full sized brush making it a reliable tool for quick touch ups throughout the day. It is rare to find a product that balances a fan favorite theme with such high end functionality. Verdict Overall I am very pleased with this purchase. The licensing is all over this product and stuff like this is always appreciated. And given that this company was recently featured in fashion magazines, I fully believe the legitimacy. Note that this is Tangle Teezer’s original travel-sized brush in The Devil Wears Prada-themed metallic red color. This brush is also available on Amazon in a number of other metallic colors as well as matte colors. There is no text on the actual brush that is TDWP related; it is merely a color tribute. Also note that the collaboration appears to be for the first movie, if that matters to you. The brush design is that of two rows, with one row coming up about half as high as the other. This seems to be their signature design. Even with my smaller brush, I believe it’s effective at getting the snarls out. But I’m older now and I’ve lost a lot of hair. I think if I had the amount of hair I had in my 20s, this brush may have been less effective. The bristles are very bendy. I’d bet this would be a great brush for a young girl with a lot of hair. The brush is easy to clean. My hair is about to my chest and tangles are long. Thanks to the bendy bristles, I am able to get my hair out of it fairly quickly.

I picked this up mainly as a compact travel brush, but it ended up being better than expected even for regular use. The size is small, which makes it easy to throw into a bag, but it still does a great job at detangling. What stood out right away is how gentle it feels. The bristles are soft and flexible, so it works through knots without pulling or snagging. It’s especially noticeable on wet hair where brushes usually cause more breakage, but this one handles it well and feels much easier on the scalp. It works on both wet and dry hair without any issues, and I didn’t notice the usual tugging that comes with smaller brushes. For straight to wavy hair types it does exactly what it’s supposed to do and leaves hair smoother without extra effort. The compact size is great for travel, though if you have very long or thick hair it might feel a bit small for full time use. For what it’s designed for though, it performs really well. Overall, it’s a simple product that does its job extremely well. Gentle, effective, and easy to carry around.

This is SO gorgeous. I have had several tangle teezers in the past, but I've never had one of their collabs, and I'm beyond impressed. The color just looks so much more elevated and classy than the ones I normally grab from the store. I've added photos so you can see side by side the size difference. You can also tell by how it fits in my hand. My hands are pretty small in comparison to most of the people in my life (i;m built a little low to the ground so it tracks) and it almost felt doll like in my hand. It is travel-size, so it's much smaller than my current detangler brush, but I do love that this one has a handle and will be perfect for travel. The only downside is that, because it's smaller, you're definitely going to have to work twice as hard if you have extra-tangle-prone hair like me.

Five stars—I love this little detangler brush. I’ve never had particularly thick hair, and with menopause that has only gotten more noticeable. Because my hair is fine, tangles can be a real issue, and the last thing I want is to lose more strands while trying to work through them. This brush glides through my hair so easily and gently separates tangles without pulling or snagging. I’ve definitely noticed fewer loose strands left behind on my bathroom counters and floors, which is a huge win for me. It feels much kinder to my hair, especially when it’s wet or damp and more fragile. I also really like the overall look of the brush—it’s cute, well-designed, and even the packaging feels a little elevated. It would make a great small gift or stocking stuffer. Overall, I’m very happy with this and would absolutely recommend
