Looks nice but the weight limit is 154lbs (70kgs). The instructions say to do one side at a time however since I was doing the assembly by myself I found to do it as shown in the pictures. The wooden stick you need to hold it in place on the other side or it will just spin. I got this other step stool as you can see in the photo it's not very tall in comparison. If you have a tall sink I do not recommend this step stool. Very easy to assemble and affordable. ... show more

I wanted something cute and this is so perfect. My daughter pushes it all over the house when she needs to step up places..even I use it sometimes! It’s not very high and she can’t quite reach to wash her hands yet but uses it to step up to the potty. If it was any higher I’d be concerned about her falling off. My 2-year-old daughter has a very easy time with this step stool and has started going to the toilet on her own. It has some little traction marks to help with slipping. The size is perfect for climbing onto a toilet. It is probably too short for use at the sink for a 2-year-old. It is too heavy for a small child to easily move. It is bulky. It is best for a place where it can stay permanently, (e.g., a child's bathroom.) One of the steps was dirty on arrival. I believe it can be cleaned, but I haven't taken the time to scrub it with soap. I did wash it with water, and the stain only partially came off. Over all, the quality is good. It is cute. I purchased some folding stools (single step) for other bathrooms. I prefer this one. I will probably purchase a second for our basement. ... show more

Overall it is sturdy and cute. It can take the weight of a 2 & 5 year old at the same time. I don’t have to worry about them slipping off while they brush their teeth or wash their hands because of the design on the treads. It was harder to assemble than ikea furniture. The wood dowel only had one hole drilled where it needed two (one at each end). I had to drill a hole. I’m lucky I didn’t split the dowel. The bolts where really tight to screw in and caused a blister on my hand with the hex key. Quality control lacked a little, but overall I am happy with it. ... show more
