I have a good-sized flock of 40 chickens. Bought these extra food and water containers as options to help diffuse the pecking order delima. They work great! The bins come with a couple of options to attach them to a wall or fence. I have not yet utilized this option. FYI - if you don't have the means to attach to a structure of some sort expect that if provisions get below half full, the will birds tend to knock them over. Update after a year - these are still working great! As a potential product upgrade - I wish the seller had a solution for keeping the water thawed during the winter. The water has frozen a few times, but the gaskets and water bowls are still in great shape. I live in a very windy area and have noticed that sometimes these will blow over when less than half full and the lids occasionally blow off, so keep that in mind as well. My chickens are still very happy to have the additional supplies provided by these feed and water systems!

If I were you I would honestly keep looking. The handles already broke, the side top pieces (why are these even de-tachable?!!) makes it hard to carry especially if you have no handles as you cannot grip onto the top to pick up. . The feed carrier works, but leaves feed that it won’t dispense. The water works good, but its water outage is slightly un-predictable. Some fill all the way and some don’t. Carrying without a handle is a huge pain, especially with water sloshing around. I feel like It is just very poor design although they are super cute.

Great unit for the price. Mine seems to leak water a bit. The cups seem to fill up to high But that could very well be how I have it hanging. Works great with a heater here in MN

Very convenient to have, and they are decent sized. I had no issues putting them together when they arrived, it wasn’t a lot to put together either. They are very simple to spray off as needed so keeping them clean is no problem! I unfortunately had the waterer already break, one of the cups the water comes down in it had completely broke right off. I had no issues during summer, but winter with everything freezing and my chickens must have jumped on it or hit it just right that one of the cups busted right off. Now there is a hole there in that spot and I can’t use it anymore since the water just runs right out of that hole. Pretty disappointing that this didn’t last very long at all, not even a year! The feed container is fine, no issues with that. Just I guess watch out in colder temps with the waterer.

this are so cute!! easy to assemble and work great for my bantams. they hold about a weeks worth of food and water (due to the smallness of the birds) I also have a set with my standard flock (9 birds) and they last about two days in the summer.

Cute and easy to assemble. Easy to clean. I used chicken nipples instead of the cups. The nipples fit the pre-drilled holes well. So far, the design on the front is still intact. They've been washed at least 4 times since purchase. The water leaks from the holes where the handles are inserted when carried. I don't trust the handles to stay in place when the waterer is full, so I support the bottom of the container during transport and while hanging.
