Had similar camera to this one (also a teslong with 2way articulated end) live the fact this one has a smaller lense, and bought it for the 4way articulation. As a mechanic there is so much time saved being able to fish it around to look at direct injector codes without having to take the engine apart, find rodent damage in hidden areas without needlessly taking things apart, as well as being able to record active headgasket leaks inside the cylinder, and the camera flips back far enough to look at its own cable, easily confirmed multiple Hyundai broken valves within minutes.

Haven't tried WiFi features, however, it's as close to an advertised claim to be true, very nice (360 Articulating Borescope with 6” Monitor) give it a try, the 1980 x 1080 image is REALLY GOOD for the size camera, impressive! Ohh, the side camera is the same resolution and quality as the main camera, this unit is the Real Deal! Hey, if you get something less, return it. The one received here is Amazing! Yeah it cost more, but, as you mechanics know, buy once, cry once, lol $$$

Received unit that would not hold a charge. Attempted charging just the screen for 24hrs - did not hold a charge Attempted charging the screen + handle plugged in for an additional 24hrs. Ensured connector was fully seated and it still did not hold a charge. Returning this unit and ordering another unit.

On day one, found a torn seal that caused a tank fuel pressure sensor to pop out. Yes, it costs more than others but the increased resolution and size of the display vs just about all the rest makes it all worth it.

I have a $100 borescope that wouldn't get a clear enough image to diagnose some cylinder wall pitting. I thought for $600 this would be a magnitude better. I was wrong. In my very well-lit dining room, the image was still extremely grainy with a lot of chromatic noise. I didn't get to inspect my cylinder wall for a side-by-side comparison because the LED lights on the head weren't functional. Even if they were, you're paying $500 more for an articulating head. The articulation works well and it's neato but for $500 I dont want to be looking at 1990's cellphone video.
