Fantastic challenge and the electronics are the cherry on top. This is a very innovative and clever puzzle The materials and fit of all the parts is top notch and where they have to move it's done so smoothly. This was very enjoyable, although at times head scratching. To be honest, when I really became stuck I did not hesitate to reference the hints to get back on track. It's the kind of project with many Ah-ha moments. A bit of a higher price point than others but it does boast quality, complexity.and a circuit board with working electronics. It's not instant gratification but I wouldn't want it to be, Where than would be a true puzzle experience? A clever surprise awaits at the end. I eagerly await more Puzzle Potato offerings. Highly recommend!

I was hesitant on spending what I did for this sequential puzzle, but after receiving it and opening the package, I fell in love with it. The look and feel of seeing it in person gives you the feeling your holding some kind of alien tech. I was watching Chris Ramsay solve this puzzle on YouTube. It looked so cool I stopped watching and came here to order it. It was hard not watching the rest of the video, but I didn't want to spoil anything. The features this puzzle box has are like no other of its size. First you have to solve the four sides in order to get the prize inside. Which is all I'm going to say. I don't want to ruin the discovery aspect. This puzzle was quite a challenge, to say the least. Thankfully, there's a few QR codes you can scan with your phone to a access a hints/solution page. Don't worry about spoiling anything by using it. The hints are slowly given without telling you what to do immediately. It's extremely satisfying to solve, though you'll need a pen and paper. There are so many parts and pieces to use as tools. You really get your money's worth. Hours of fun with puzzle after puzzle. Just when you think you're done, there's another puzzle. When you get to the prize, there's still more to do. I highly recommend this puzzle box.

I bought this for my 16 year old - he loved it! The puzzles / steps are challenging. He is pretty good at things like this and it took him a few days, so difficulty is probably 8/10. This is a great gift for a teen or an adult who loves puzzles. High quality. I had intended to take it apart and put a gift in it for him to find but that would have required me to go thru the whole thing, so if that's what you're hoping to do just leave enough time to do the puzzle and then put it back together.

Purchased as a birthday gift for our 20 something nephew. He solved in a little over an hour. If you are thinking of putting money or a gift card in the box just know you must solve the puzzle then put it back in it’s original form or you will have messed it all up. It’s a really cool gift and makes an interesting piece on a desk, table, or shelf. The price is a little high because once it’s done it really is just a dust collect unless you set it back and have people over that want to solve it. Interesting conversation piece all in all. I deducted a star because of the price.

Well constructed puzzle box and just the right amount of difficulty to solve it. Once you do, the secret compartment opens, and becomes a perfect place to insert money or another small gift. I solved it in the suggested time that it takes (30-40 minutes) and most kids age 14 ad up should be able to also. A nice challenge!

Absolutely the best puzzle box I’ve ever done. Box is of excellent quality, pieces move great, and the puzzles are logical and fun. This box also incorporates a variety of puzzle types that keep it interesting without making it nonsensical - this box has set a new standard for puzzle boxes. The box uses magnets to accomplish specific puzzles that are an absolute joy and amazing. The generator on the bottom works perfectly to charge the parts requiring power for lights and the circuit puzzle. This is the puzzle box all companies should inspire to be considering the excellent quality for the cost.
