I bought this for my granddaughter's 2nd birthday, and she loved starting and stopping the music by putting in the puzzle pieces and removing them. She sang along with "Twinkle," and I am sure the puzzle wll teach her the other songs. The music has a nice volume and sounds pleasing. Sorry I missed that the puzzle doesn't come with batteries--I missed that message, but fortunately, granddaughter's parents had the necessary ones and put them in quickly. ... show more

My 2 year old daughter really loves this puzzle and the songs. The only thing I don't like about it is that if all the puzzle pieces are off, after the music stops playing the last song, it will randomly start playing a song. I noticed it did that in the middle of the night one night. I'm guessing it picked up on the light from the nightlight in the other room. But other than that, it's great for little hands to fit in the pieces and the music is great. ... show more

Well-made with thick wooden pieces. A pleasant-sounding voice sings the songs. Even though it is not challenging to put together for my two-year-old granddaughter, she enjoys playing with it.
