I didn't think that a portable, rechargeable e-file could compare to those bulky salon ones that cost 100+dollars but I was wrong!!! What is there NOT to love about this file?! The heads are just as easy (if not easier) to change out than an electric grill. I don't know the terms but it not only includes different metal (?) heads but different grit "sandpaper" ones all for use on acrylic, gel and dip powders. I especially loved that it came with an additional kit that contain the heads you find in cheaper, low rpm, low cost kits for filing, shaping and buffing the natural nail. I stumbled across this e-file after searching for something to help aide in the process of taking off my acrylics since acetone dips weren't working. Turns out my salon switched from their quality products to mma products and failed to tell anyone - for obvious reasons. This file is exactly what I needed. I didn't even have to go above 20/25 rpms to get desired results. I highly recommend this e-file for anyone struggling with product removal. With the cost of fuel to get to town and cost of the salons removal for 2 sets of acrylics (I had to remove my mother's set as well) this product has already paid for itself!!!! I can't speak highly enough about this product. It is absolutely the smoothest running hand piece I've ever owned, and I've had a few. I still have my corded unit, but was looking for something easier to take with you. It's quiet 🤫, low to no fibration during use. It has a lock in bit feature, not all do, which is extremely important. But the real feature is how small it is in your hand while using it. It is very comfortable and light while in use. Making it easier to maneuver without stressing your hand or wrist. The only thing it's missing is a light to make it easier to see while in use. My corded unit has one, and it's so helpful. The unit is very powerful. Easy to change from reverse to forward with a press of a button. Speeds much higher than most will ever use. Plus it holds a full charge, enough to do my nails without having to recharge. This is definitely a 9 out of 10 for me. Only lacking the light to make it a 10. Definitely would buy again. I was pleasantly surprised by this nail drill. It is sleek and easy to hold, it is not heavy but wow it is strong. It gets the job done quickly and for a great price. I wish the directions were a bit more. I had trouble changing the bits at first there is a unlock /lock feature but you have to turn past the unlock side and hear a click then change out the bit. Bought this in Nov 2022. I bought this because I was tired of going to the nail salon, spening 100.00 every 2 weeks for dip mani and gel pedi, leaving dissatisfied. I spent about 300.00 on all things gel-x, gel polishes and dip kits wave to start doing my own nails. This drill worked great the few times I've used it but this week it died. I purchased this product back in July as an upgrade to the USB plug-in drill I had bought from a local nail supply store. I wanted to upgrade to something that had more speed options than just a dial like my plug-in drill had, and was a bit more user friendly. At the time, this had barely any reviews if any at all, but I took a chance on it because I liked the look of it and it had the features I wanted. It has been very easy to use for my at-home manicures (I use gel tips and gel polish). One pro-tip: make sure to keep the charging cord it comes with. Though many of us now have USB-C cords more commonly, it won't work with just any cord, which is something I've found with other products I've purchased here on Amazon.
