This thing is awesome!!! I bought this for commuting back-and-forth to the beach. Not only does this thing get to about 35 miles an hour with me at 243lbs down the road with no problem, but it will do it many many times on one charge.Now a couple of things that are pros/cons. Pros: Moves me down the road with no problem and I’m not light,Excellent acceleration on the pavement, love the ease of the controller that you use to move the scooter down the road and how it has three gears for the control of the speed for different riders that don’t want to go to fast,the options of the key to start, horn,turn signals,excellent suspension for a heavy guy, tires are very durable on and off road, very stable and easy to ride for even newbies (like my wife), lights are perfect for night driving and plenty bright, built durable, battery lasts long before needing a charge. Cons: handle bars are made to retract when folding up scooter for car travel, but constantly come loose and have to be retightened every so often. When it came in box I had to retighten all blots cause most were loose, didn’t have any instructions with it when I got it and still have to guess on things like the controller and other maintenance intervals and keep up, there is some looseness in the headset and need to tighten it so it doesn’t damage the scooter more,vibration from the tires on the road and they wear kinda fast, brakes could be a little bit better also waiting to see how long they last cause I’ve already had to adjust them to come on better after maybe 20-30 miles, wish it had an automatic turn signal return so you didn’t have to fool with it to turn them off when driving. I must say tho guys overall for the price you can’t beat it!!! It is the best bang for your buck. Now I’ve had it a few months and I always like to wait before I do a review to really see how it is and how it holds up and Teraysun did not disappoint!!! It’s a great scooter for people just starting out and for people that just want to get from point A to point B with no problems and not have to worry about running out of battery or don’t need a speed demon. It’s perfect for wifey and kids. Only cause I like speed and my other scooter goes about 70+ miles an hour!!! I would suggest a set of mirrors for this scooter or any scooter. Also another plus was it came with a small tool set to work on it if need be. Which came in handy tightening up the loose bolts when I got it. Oh by the way easy to set up when I got it out of the box and nothing broken either. Love the scooter and will definitely look forward to Teraysun to produce some upscale scooters to buy!!!!!!!!

Overall I don’t recommend. Disclaimer is I ride this pretty hard, taking it on permitted trails, that include some deep sand, sweeping turns and some jumps. So keep that in mind. It’s a fine option if you’re just around town and you have rougher roads to navigate. It is fun to ride and handles off road pretty well for the price. However.. This suspension is okay at best - even smaller dips in the road I find myself avoiding to mitigate the vibration. Handling can feel flimsy at higher speeds. Torque feels weak, especially uphill (I recommend at least a 60V scooter). Plastic parts come loose quickly and jingle a good bit, so a fair amount of tightening, removing, or replacing/upgrading components should be expected. CHECK ALL SCREWS before first ride. Almost all mine were loose and needed tightening. I had to adjust the brake calibers to soften the drag on the disc, then added locktite to those screws. My other e-scooter didn’t come with a seat, which is better for trails, but I have come to love the seat for just riding around, so that’s a plus. I don't like the inability to lock out the fold-release lever. I don’t like the throttle. I don’t care for the key start. I don’t like the that the gears/levels (1,2,3) have to be cycled through rather than buttons for up and down. I max out at 12-15 miles range per charge (saving about 20% battery always) almost fully on level 2 (16-21mph) with hybrid riding on rough roads, sand, gravel, up and down hills. Mechanical disc brakes are not ideal; I reached 40mph going down my local hill (not even that steep but the steepest this has been on), so this needs hydraulics. I am upgrading this to hydraulic brakes next week when the parts come in. And that’s about $150 dollars there. Headlights aren’t very bright so I’m swapping those. Another $30 Deck tape arrived peeled off so I replaced that as well. Add $10 That’s another about 200 on top the price for a bare bones basic better ride. Might even look into upgrading/adjusting the front shocks. Just get something better, IMO. I have a Joyor S10 off road e-scooter which is about $300-$500 more depending on coupons. If you want a better e-scooter to handle trails or general off-roading, check that out instead. I really like it. I’ll either ride this to it’s death then build off it, or sell it and get something better. Still, riding an e-scooter is always a good time. And this one can be fun.

This thing is awesome. 55klm out of the box and can pull wheelies. Let me tell you, this thing everyone wants. I live in Vegas and take it down the strip keeping up with traffic. Bad to the bone!!!

Teraysun is known for bicycles and this scooter is a wonderful example of what they do. The knobby tires make dirt riding a breeze and at 6'4" I am comfortable driving it. I wish I knew the water rating but otherwise I am very happy with it!!!!

At first, i was disappointed at the fact that the speedometer came broken but i was able to buy another one and swap it which was very easy since I didnt want to go through the return process for a broken speedometer. One of the headlights popped off due to some loose screws but its because I live in the country without paved roads. One of the panels where the leds show through, popped off and chipped so i had to super glue it. Other than that, this is the best scooter I bought to handle my roads At 500 miles, my motor went out

It’s didn’t go as fast as I thought it was trouble with the seat about 2 wires was disconnected when it came trouble with the brakes an light I have a warranty for it may I get a refund. Also the motor is bad
