  • Best printer yet!
I am a 3D printing veteran, have used 6 different machines. This is has been amazing. Let’s start off with the build quality. It’s very clean and don’t have a problem with filament extras getting stuck in the base like I had with the Longer LK1. It’s a very heavy machines which reduces vibrations. You can lift the machine from any part and you don’t feel like it’s gunna break. Print quality: Gorgeous, first layer is beautiful the extruders work really well. I love that they included a silicone sock which each extruder. The direct drive system works really good I can print TPU, HIPS, PETG, PLA well. Things I didn’t like: The bed is by far the worst bed I have used. It does not want to adhere to the print and about half way through the print it will pop off. I ended up switch to a PEI sheet and it has work amazing. The filament sensor seems to bind up with TPU but works well with all other non TPU things. The setup on the website is hard to understand, if you are a beginner I would recommend starting with a more community supported printer as some things are hard to do with out a basic knowledge of 3D printing. Customers support: Absolutely amazing, I had a screen that went out and they sent me a new one basically no questions asked. Their response time is great, and they are very friendly. Summary: This printer would be a great 2nd machine for someone to tinker with. ... show more

  • Slow customer support, but the product is exceptional.
I have had my printer for several months now and wanted to update my review. I was upset when I first received it, because no one was answering the phone, calling me back, etc. They're still pretty slow to respond, but the printer is exceptional. In fact, I liked it so much I purchased a second one, with a controller, which I received today. I hear people having problems with bed adhesion, but cleaning the bed with a rag soaked in isopropyl alcohol seems to have fixed this dilemma without any issues whatsoever. And if you do purchase this product, do NOT install the software without first reading the installation instructions, as they're going to want you to make a few modifications during the installation process to jailbreak it. In all honesty, it's totally worth it. I just wish they responded faster because, as we all know, if you're reaching out to them, you need help NOW, not later. ... show more

  • Do not purchase, complete piece of garbage.
My first printer was dropped off a table and lost to fall damage so this was a replacement and upgrade. The 1st unit was nothing but problems. I've worked with printers before and know to to level my print bed and how to feed the filament. With this, I have such a problem getting the filament to feed into the nozzle, when it finally does the nozzle keeps backing up and the filament doesn't stick to the print bed. I bought a PEI sheet to help; but no change. I'm at a loss and when I called the 760 customer service number there is no answer and their voicemail isn't accepting new messages. I was finally contacted via emailed support and was given a replace upgraded unit. We went through set-up and usage and ran some good prints. But most of the filaments I have (some expansive and some cheap) wouldn't work at all. It got a point that I couldn't get any filaments to feed into the nozzles. I've boughten 2 other printers since and never have any issues with them. They work like a charm. But I needed the dual extruder so I uncovered, cleaned and went to use this machine. Still, I'm not able to feed the filament and as far as I'm concerned it is just a paperweight. I should of returned the first unit and purchased something better. Also, the way the filament loads you have to fold over the sensors and feed the filament into them before it feeds into the nozzle unit. This has caused so many cricks to my filament and wasted so much of it. Keep moving, don't even think about this unit! ... show more

  • So far, so good!
These are the second test print job done, simultaneously. Super cool. It took a bit of effort to get the print heads leveled and correctly offset, but now it seems pretty straightforward-MUCH easier to get going than the last 3D printer I tried. Pretty cool stuff!

  • Machine for beginners?
I personally recommend calling them more in the middle or start of the day. Michael is really know his thing so ask for him. There is a slight learning curve to this 3d printing machine. But hey if I can do it. You definitely can do it as well. Be sure to order your own filament. Cause the filament they give you is pretty bad, but hey free. Great machine to start learning with imo ... show more

  • Quality control issues
Well bought the - Tenlog TL-D3 Pro at amazon and put it together printed the test 300mm tube?? Weird test print on the card. day 2 aligned 2 the two print heads with the alignment print. Was spot on to start and went to another item on card a gantry part?? Well that pumped the temp of the base to 70 and something started to smell. Power supply burnt up. Any how. Manufacturer said go to amazon for part but amazons site point to manufacturer. Don't really want to return for a defective PS. Come on... manufacter site did send me correct link to seller, who have shipped a new ps. Bumped to a 3. The link is an Amazon issue not maker issue. After I get it working again my bump again. I want it to work. Have had an ender 3 for 4 years with minimal issues with that. More to come. ... show more

  • WILL FAIL
i have had this printer since May. problems started July 4th. tech support has been helpful with sending replacement parts but with each part, something else breaks. parts take over a week to arrive and do not fix the issue. tech support will just throw parts until it works and does not try and work with you to diagnose the issue. when the printer was working it worked well. i do recommend for a first time machine or a machine you want to rely on to work everytime. ... show more
