Excellent. Was able to clean the gutters 15' high. Works great. Folds and extends easily. A few things: many joints make telescoping ladders slightly flimsy, this one is have so lay the box on the floor and open the box length wise, 2c, had to use a hammer to install the bottom rung.

This ladder is great! I used it today to clean my gutters. It felt stable and secure as I climbed up and down. Initially I “grew” it from the top but since I’m middle aged and a little heavy I lowered the ladder and raised it from the bottom so the larger sections were holding me. This was so easy to move along my house! Between the larger foot print and the hooks it worked perfectly.

I ordered the 12.5' "A Button" but got the other version. Not a huge issue, but please note that you may have the same issue. I have been wanting a telescoping ladder for some time, but they have been too expensive for the small amount of time I would be needing this ladder. Once the price dropped below $100 I decided to give it a try. This ladder is very shaky and seems unstable. I would not put too much load on it as I am not sure it can handle it. I don't know if more expensive (higher quality) ladders would have the same issue(s). I will only be using this ladder when my other ladders won't work for my needs. Others have mentioned issues with the locks, but they seem to work fine for me. The top hooks are interesting. I have not had the opportunity to use them, but I like having the feature. The good think about this ladder is it fits into my SUV hatch without issues for transport. It is light weight and easy to move. It also is compact and easy to store.

This ladder works GREAT. It does flex as described but does not feel like it will fold or collapse. Stores in a very small space. A little unwieldy to close at first but once you get the hang of it not bad.
