Can't get service on device to even use I as a wifi hub. Device is no good without service. Most providers have there own hubs and won't service this one

    • Misleading 5G
The device is advertised as being 4G/5G. Even the branding on the plastic says 5G. However, the manual and interface state 4G LTE. I checked the settings through the UI and it only has 4G and 3G configuration settings.
