Im only 192 lbs. I use telescoping ladders everyday for years. I use this yellow new ladder on the 3rd time it slides out from under me. Im still in hospital. I have a torn ACL,torn minescus,fracture knee and fracture ankle. 3 plates and 18 screws in my legs. Excruciating pain. I wish I never bought this ladder! My medical bills will be insane, and who knows if ill ever heal correctly.

The media could not be loaded. I am reworking my garage and running out of wall space, and my 8ft ladder is pretty wobbly due to the age of that aluminum ladder. I found this one, with good specs and looked really solid, and just loved the small foot print to where it would take very little space in the garage and just had to give it a try. Out of the box, very easy to pull out of the box, for one, and easy to pick up and walk away too. The ladder telescopes easily, where each rung clicks into place and where I just love the diameter of the feet, where I really feel good when going up it. Feels solid when going up, no wobble and never leans too. I really like climbing on to the roof now, where my 8ft roof, I have 3 1/2 feet of ladder left to hang on to, just perfect. Hard to show in pics, did up a video, hope it helps to show how awesome this ladder is. No cons, ladder works great, where I am very happy with the purchase.

We have a pretty small place and storage room is tight. when we first moved in I bought a six foot ladder thinking it would be all we needed in a single story house. Totally forgot about cleaning gutters and hanging planters outside. I borrowed a friend's telescoping ladder and fell in love. This one is perfect for our needs. the steps are a little narrower and the instructions not very helpful. This ladder comes with a stabilizing bar that needs to be attached but no instructions as to how to do it. I finally found the instructions on Amazon. I love the soft collapsible feature. it also comes with storage bag, nice for keeping it clean, and gloves. Love this ladder. Oh, and it's rated for 330 lbs so if someone else comes over to assist with repairs or a neighbor borrows it we don't need to worry.

The ladder that I received appeared to be someone else's return. The box was taped up, the outrigger hardware was missing, no assembly instructions and one of the legs was skewed preventing the outrigger from lining up with the opposite leg. And what's up with those plastic pegs that have to be "broken out" in order to install the outrigger??? Why didn't the chinese factory that built it take care of that? I already have a job and its not fixing a design flaw to a ladder that I spent good money on. Back it went. I'll try to find one from another supplier

I bought this ladder to use with our camper, but have found many other uses around the house for it. It is conveniently adjustable to whatever height you need up to its maximum reach. It's not feather light, but lighter than a standard extension ladder would be.

Great ladder. Does everything I need it to do for cleaning/maintenance/repair on my 13'-4" tall RV. I would buy this again. Love the ability to push the 2 buttons and it retracts all extended rungs. Be sure to keep your fingers/palms out of the way when you use the buttons as they can pinch your skin if in the way.

Heavier than expected at 25lbs versus 15lbs for cheaper models. The extra weight will insure I don't fall. Too many reports of the thinner black plastic ones breaking. This ladder won't do that, but watch your hands! I pinched a finger (skin only) already even though I knew! Safety partial section drop was a smart added safety feature. Great ladder. Remember to get 2-3 foot higher than RV for best stability when stepping from ladder to roof.

I was a little disappointed, due to the condition of it’s arrival in damaged condition. I use it for limited use for my profession and had no time to return it. The storage bag and one of the rubber foot was totally absent on arrival with a damage box all taped-up. I had to toss the damaged lower footing bar and buy 2 new rubber feet.... I would think they would pack the product better... disappointed!
