Weeks of frustration trying to get rid of fleas. One application of Tekko Pro, and bam! Fleas stopped growing. Could not bite. This stuff works great when combined with Bifenthrin to kill fleas and control growth cycle. So effective it's dangerous. Use with caution in the outside environment. Indoors, very little odor at all. Highly recommend. Don't buy the junk at the home fix it stores. This is the real deal.

Love this stuff. When mixed with bifen I have eradicated fire ants and fleas. Mosquitos are practically non existent for a few weeks after application. Rain does effect longevity of flying insect duration.

I've been researching mosquito control for a while and honestly, most products out there are a joke. Bug zappers? Mostly useless. And depending on your region, you'll have different mosquito species that are active at different times, need different attractants, and behave totally differently—some hover around dusk, others attack you in full daylight. Some stay within a few hundred feet of their birthplace, others will cross counties just to ruin your life. All that to say: I hate them all. And short of building a bat cave in my backyard, I decided to upgrade from BTi dunks to this. This isn’t a kill-on-contact product—it’s an IGR (insect growth regulator), which means it doesn’t kill adult mosquitoes, it blocks larvae from developing into biting adults. It uses two active ingredients: 1.3% Pyriproxyfen and 1.3% Novaluron. Pyriproxyfen messes with the insect’s hormones, keeping larvae from turning into adults, while Novaluron prevents the insects from forming a proper exoskeleton—basically halting them at the bug version of puberty. That’s a win in my book, because the adult sprays kill everything, including pollinators. With this stuff, the goal is to interrupt the cycle—give it a couple weeks and the swarm should noticeably die down. Bonus: this also works on roaches, fleas, ants, and flies. I’m not trying to annihilate the insect kingdom (they do serve a purpose), but those are definitely the top offenders when it comes to household pests. What really sold me is the longevity. BTi dunks and foggers wear off fast. I’ve fogged my whole yard before and still got ambushed by mosquitoes the next week. This one claims to last for months. I used a hose sprayer, diluted about 2 ounces in a gallon of water, and treated the whole yard (a little goes a long way which is a relief because mosquito control products are kinda expensive). I also took it next door to the abandoned house with standing water and trash (mosquito central) and hit that area too. It also includes instructions for different use cases like in kennels, lawns, indoor areas, surfaces, carpets, food prep zones, and more. That level of detail is part of what convinced me this wasn’t just another backyard spray dressed up as pro-grade.

I tried so many ideas people had and it never seemed to work. Why seemed to finally work was spraying IGR and putting poison gel bait in know locations of activity. I also for bonus changed my indoor trash can to a step lid trashcan and pushed the hinge up against a wall so they can't easily get in. Now I see one roach randomly and most of the time it has deformed wings.
