  • Simple, effective, no fallout
Purchased for chickens with mites. Used many organic remedies to no real cure so ordered this in leui of elector. I set to use a 1 gallon pump sprayer as my application method. After conversions and math, I have concluded I will get 26 gallons of treatment solution out of this little bottle, so well worth the money even though the purchase itself is pricey. I sprayed every crack/joint/crevice in the coop and run, soaked the roost bars and nesting boxes, sprayed zigzags onto the ground, and then sprayed all the chickens using 1 gallon of mix. That covered about 175 linear feet for joints/crevices, about 400 SqFt of flooring space, and 15 chickens. No health issues, no setbacks, and the girls seem much more comfortable already several days later. Would and probably will buy again. ... show more

  • Great for Keeping Chickens Mites Free
I will always have this product on hand. It definitely works in keeping my chickens free from mites, as well as the coop. It’s cheaper than Elector PSP and works equally as well. I like that this is a safe product to use…except to the bugs. ;) It’s easy to mix and spray, and, the smell isn’t harsh. I can let my birds back into the coop after a fairly short drying period. I use this in combination with topical Ivermectin on my birds, as recommended by a poultry vet. ... show more

  • Works
I’ve never used the comp brand but this did the trick on a major mite infestation. I have a very large wood coop to spray and 70 chickens to dip. Still have some left.

  • Worked great
Although expensive it appears that it is taking care of the mite issue. The fact that it is organic and safe for my chickens makes me happy. There is no egg withdrawal which makes it nice for a farm who relies on the eggs. I would recommend this product and will be purchasing more when needed.

  • Great Product
This product is expensive but so effective. It fixed our mite problem with two applications.

  • Best option for chicken mites/lice
My flock has had mites/lice and I tried prometheryn, ivermectin, powders, DE, and anything else I could to get rid of them. Nothing seemed to work, so I bit the bullet and bought this. It's pricey for sure, but you only use a little bit at a time so it should last a long time. It has helped clear up the issues safely for my hens. It is easy to use, safe, and doesn't leave odd odors or residue. ... show more

  • Effective! Accessible!
I noticed lethargy in my flock. Upon looking closer, I saw… eeek… chicken lice!! I put 3 tablespoons of this stuff with water in a 5 gallon bucket and dunked my ladies up to their necks to thoroughly soak them (and I also got soaked). Result: no more lice. Even months later. I appreciate that this is not toxic to chickens or people. It is a neurotoxin for lice and other small insects. I believe it should be used carefully to target harmful parasites who are sucking the life out of your flock/friends but take care to not spray widely where it might harm beneficial bugs or bees. Instructions say to spray the diluted mixture, but the bath style method was way easier and time efficient for the flock I have. Great product. Same active ingredient as the well known PSP, but this one you can actually find the product and get it delivered before it’s too late and lives are lost. ... show more

  • Wasted time and suffering
I must have got a bad batch because this was 0 effective on red chicken mites. I wasted soooo much time spraying. My birds suffered. My hand suffered, I was out for hours with my daughter getting every crack and crevice and bird.i rushed and bought poultry dust and thankfully that did work. I didn't lose any birds. I have cats so thats not ideal. I spent alot of money and time on this thinking I was going to avert a catastrophe but it wasted my time and now more time returning. I have over 150 chickens 30 waterfowl, turkeys...time wasted set me back days, loss of sleep out treating in the middle of the night repeatedly. Its chick season. I suffered, birds suffered. Really need to quality check batches or something. ... show more
