Setup was super easy — inserted my SIM card and it was fully unlocked and working perfectly within minutes. The folding hinge feels sturdy and premium, and the phone performs flawlessly. If nobody told me this was a renewed or last year’s model, I would never know. Everything feels smooth, fast, and high quality. I do already own the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip5, so I might be a little biased toward Samsung foldables, but in my opinion the Samsung Galaxy Z Flip6 is still the best folding phone on the market right now. Pristine. My current phone is a Galaxy S9, it's year 2025 and with pending tariffs, and an outdated camera that has ruined many vacation photos (not to mention dropping the phone in Santorini where it slided down tens of steps), I decided to upgrade. I don't believe in buying full price and I've had great experiences with renewed products. It was delivered to me by FedEx requiring signature. The FedEx delivery driver came to my door, knocked very gently and patiently waited until I could get decent to open the door. Then because I was putting on the screen protectors, I ended up inspecting the phone very carefully and because the Flip is a foldable phone, running the phone to explore the Cover Screen features. The condition is pristine, not a single scratch and the phone runs beautifully. I'm sure my amazement is partially from jumping from an S9 to a Z Flip 6 and not 100% contributable to the seller, however I'm very happy. One thing I want customers to be aware of the phone, and this is not about the seller, I didn't expect the thickness it is once it's folded. As a woman, when I put my S9 in my suit pant pocket, it hinders movement. Also, I'm a motorcycle rider and a slab phone in women's jeans front pockets (they are shallower than men's) is a pain in my butt and my thighs actually push the slab phone out of my front pocket. The big selling point for me for the Flip was the compactness, so the thickness really threw me off. Especially because I thought I'd be able to use Google Maps on the cover screen with my motorcycle mount and car mount but I realize that that is not an option because it's so thick. Nevertheless, the camera is a big jump from my S9 and I plan to keep it. I read on Reddit that even in 3 digit speeds, the phone stays open on a motorcycle so I'll find ways to use it on my motorcycle. ... show more

I recently bought this Z Flip 6 and noticed it was stuck on an old version of Android 14 and One UI (6.1.1) and wouldn't update, even though One UI 8 / Android 16 is already out. If you buy this phone used/renewed from this seller, check your "Service provider software version" in Settings->About Phone->Software Info. If you see a mismatch (like mine showed XAA software but VZW hardware) and you are on a carrier like Mint Mobile, your phone might be "orphaned" from updates. The phone thinks it's one thing, but the update servers see another, so it just says "Up to Date" when it isn't. To fix it, I had to use a PC and a tool called Odin to manually flash the official Samsung Unlocked (U1) firmware. Once I did that, the phone updated and immediately recognized the latest 2026 updates. If you aren't tech-savvy, you might need to take it to a Samsung Service Center to have them force the update. This information should really be provided in this listing, since if not, your phone may seem fine, but it is actually stuck on software and security updates from 2024! The phone itself has been great to use and was in near-perfect condition when I received it. Much better after the new updates, though. ... show more

Really awesome phone for a great price. The phone arrived in pretty much mint condition, not a scratch anywhere. Activated on First Net (AT&T) without issue. The Z-flip is snappy and fast, the battery lasts for about 3 days with my light to moderate use, and it's nice to have a phone that fits in your pocket. The outer display lets you make and answer calls, texts and some apps even run on it, so you never have to open it up if you don't want to. I did invest in an Otterbox case and a small holster, it's like 2005 all over again with a flip phone that becomes a full sized phone! No problem updating to Android 16/OneUi 8 and according to Samsung, 7 years of updates for the Z Flip 6 so for under $400 one gets a phone that will last for a few years and get updates. I've been needing to upgrade my phone and decided to purchase the Galaxy Flip 6 because of the affordable pricing on Amazon Renewed products and because the model android is still fairly new. This is my first Amazon renewed purchase and it went well, will probably buy other electronics this way too. The 90 day return policy gives peace of mind. After extensive comparisons on prices, conditions, availability and seller ratings, I decided on this seller. They had the best pricing for the condition listed. The phone arrived quickly, was well packaged and the phone quality is as described. The camera lens have no damage, the charging port and speakers are clean, main screen is perfect condition. There is one tiny scratch on the cover screen, but it's unnoticeable when the phone is on and doesn't impact function. The hinge does have a dent, which was concerning at first. But after inspection it seemed more cosmetic and doesn't effect the functionality of the phone. Which , to me, speaks to the durability of the phone. After using the phone for about a week, I'm glad I made the purchase and upgrade. Its nice to have the flip phone for making and ending phone calls, the slamming it shut satisfaction! So far this phone is working great. Delivery was on time. Product in excellent condition as described. The price point was great. Let's see what happens in the next few weeks or months. I hope it remains the same. I will update if anything changes. So far with current info I Def recommend this seller. Update, I've had this phone for a couple of days. While the visible part of phone is as described. The phone continues stating it needs an update, after updating several times I believe is a glitch with the phone. So reading up on it it states that I may have to connect to a laptop and try doing it that way. Im not tech savvy. So we will see. But other than that I was able to transfer my info from my other phone that has a bad inner screen. Since I didn't want to pay 1200 for another phone and didn't want a contract or a locked phone I guess for now this will do. I just hope it doesn't dies in a couple of months. ... show more
