This is not only extra large but the way the spreader bars are positioned give it a more natural feel when laying on it versus the ones that have one spreader that’s straight across. The hardware and chains look good and the fabric is thick and has a soft but durable feel to it. The detachable side pocket is big enough to put several small items in and is a thoughtful addition. The pillow is ok but the filling doesn’t reach the length of the pillow. I’ll play with it a little and see if that helps. It rolls up fairly good but when I went to put back in the nylon storage bag, I noticed it was already coming apart at the seams so I didn’t even bother trying to put it back because I could tell it was going to tear more. So the thin nylon bag is a no for me and it’s always a bit of a bummer when a product of this quality comes with a cheap accessory of some type. This hammock is a great solid fabric sheet that is far more comfortable than most woven hammocks. So far it is very sturdy and withstands the weather nicely. I will be bringing it in for the rougher weather and storing it over the winter but it appears as though it will last many seasons. This is such a lovely hammock. I've been telling my partner that I've wanted a hammock for a long time - this two person hammock was the perfect product to satisfy that desire of mine. Not only is the color beautiful, but it is large enough for not only my partner and myself to fit, but our 5 year old also fits on it with us both (and we're still under the 450 lb capacity). The hammock itself seems to be a great quality - from the fabric the hammock is made of, to the ropes that hold it, to the hardware. The true test of quality for me will be seeing how it holds up over time in my climate - the southern AZ dry air and harsh sun tends to wear things out quicker than they may wear out elsewhere. While I love enjoying this at home, I'm sure this would be lovely to hang up while out camping or at the beach. Oh JOY! I love this new hammock. We have had an old macrame hammock that has rotted and I have been looking to replace it for awhile. This double hammock is the way to go! It comes with it's own bag to store and carry with you. It includes screws/nuts and tools to assemble and was relatively easy to do. This hammock is great quality and there is room enough for two. The fabric is great quality and appears to be padded. It hung with ease using the hooks we had up for the previous one, so set up was truly "a breeze" NOW, we can't wait to take in the gentle breezes on a cool day and read a good book or just take a nap. I have more than a dozen hammocks that I use for camping. They range from lightweight to ultralight and are designed for the most part, for backpacking. Not the case with this one. It's designed with a special V-shaped spreader bar, that bakes it ideal to set up on your deck, patio or in the lawn on a hammock stand on one of those beautiful lazy weather days, when you just want to float and let the world go by. If using a stand, it needs to be no more that 12' in length. This a 2 person hammock with headrest that will easily hold 3 medium sized people...if you're so inclined to share the space. For me, I just love stretching out and enjoying all the space it affords. The craftsmanship is very good and I love the dark green color. If you're in the market, or mood for a non-backpackable hammock, you won't be disappointed. ... show more
