I’ve not had this long and will update my post if anything changes, but so far I’m impressed! I did not expect much resistance and was concerned about some reviews mentioning the pulls not gliding smoothly, however I’ve had none of those issues so far. It took me less than 30 minutes to assemble and the directions were clear. I cranked the resistance all the way up and could barely get it to budge. I guess I’m not as strong as I thought I was. The resistance really proved me wrong and the tension is more than sufficient. I am mid 40s, needing to get back in shape and not limited in mobility in any way. I was concerned this would be more for the elderly and it’s definitely not. I would say this would fit a large range of exercise needs & levels. I’m going to be using this as a home gym. My favorite locally owned gym is no longer around and I figured I’d save some money by not having to pay a gym membership as well as limit my excuses to not wanting to drive to one. I am also pleasantly surprised with the few videos I’ve done so far. I definitely feel the burn. So far awesome!

Ignore the bad reviews. It came quick and took less than 30 minutes to assemble. Yes there IS a FREE APP. Just download and sign up. Large library of beginner to pro exercises. Just got it but setting it up late. Will add usage reviews soon. Being realistic about the product is key. Maybe not for someone who bench presses 300 lbs but a newbie to strength training with resistance bands or someone gently returning should find this more than easy to break into. I didn't want to shell out thousands on various weights, dumbells, and kettle bells, so looking forward to using the product and feeling the burn 🔥!

It was really easy to put together and easy to use and move around. I really like that you get free workouts so you can have hundreds of workouts and classes so you don’t get bored! I like that you can do upper body exercises as well as lower body. You can work at your own pace use lower intensity weights. I would highly recommend this! I think it’s a great buy for the price!

You can do so much with this machine - exercise you do at the gym can be done at home and that resistance can get very strong!!! Both my husband and I use this. The best part is the instructional app that shows you step by step how to assemble and also has guided workouts with your own personal coach for FREE!!!!!

The FitForm is perfect for me because it doesn't take up a lot of room, was easy to assemble, has an app with workout videos and is easy to use. I don't have to fuss with changing equipment or weights with every new exercise. I like the app with the videos so I have some encouragement and don't have to come up with my own exercise plan. This fits easily in my basement. Highly recommend for people getting back into exercise.

After purchasing my Teeter Power 10 Rower, which I'm very satisfied with I searched diligently for a piece of equipment for leg exercises. When I read the info on the FitForm I was pleasantly surprised at the various exercises that could be performed which would complement my Power 10 and round out my fitness routine. The FitForm has a small footprint to compliment the Power 10 and I'm able to get a complete workout. At my age I'm not looking to lift heavy weights again, the resistance is more than sufficient for me to feel and see results and stay healthy. The bonus is all of the instructor led sessions available to use with this machine as well as the multitude of exercises at my disposal, quite a bargain in my opinion. I highly recommend.

One of my cables snapped shortly after I started using the teeter. Then, when I looked at the cables, they are just like shoe laces ... made very cheap, especially for the price! Oh, and you have to contact the company directly for them to send you a box to ship it back to them, AND you have to pay for the box!!!

I have a cable functional machine in the garage for a full body workouts. I was hoping to have this upstairs for days where it's too cold to be in the garage. Once assembled and tested, I was met with total disappointment. The cable system is hard and very ridged as you increase the tension. The cable would randomly snaps into place. It's like rolling up a garden hose and the hose would fall into whatever groove that happened to form. When that happens, the cable to snap or bounce, like pricking a guitar string. Eventually, I ended up giving up on the machine because the experience is just odd. I plan to re-sale since my return window has past. Skip it and buy something better engineered.
