I had a pair of these years ago and they were extremely comfortable. The change in design has made these uncomfortable and really hurt around the ankles. I wish that I had the old pair again. Update below: I needed to go up to the XL size, I am not a big guy so I would suggest for men just go with the XL from the start. The previous editions did not have multiple sizes (if memory serves correctly), these have a bit of a different design as well. I have a teeter inversion table but just don't care for it. I grew up up using the Gravity boots so when I found out they were still being sold I was super excited to get a pair! Plus Teeter is an extremely trusted brand when it comes to this product! We have 3 young boys & I look forward to when they can do inversion crunches!!! It's my third time buying this product. Right size, comfortable, and has good durability. I have severe spine syndrome that after seeing many doctors in Europe, the USA, and Mexico their opinion was an emergency surgery. I'm glad this will be useful for doing inverted workouts. However I was under the impression that I wouldn't have a problem with the size (since it can adjust.) Have used these for many years for lower back pain relief. Decompression has helped me end chronic issues. I have probably saved thousands of dollars on chiropractic visits over the years.
