I got these for bread making and they are wonderful. I was using a spatula and it was too small and hard to use in a bowl. These little scrapers are the perfect size and have a built in ruler. They do not scratch my counter or bowls and make everything a lot easier. Nothing stick to them even the stickiest dough does not stick. I highly recommend these.

I didn’t know I needed these until I got them. I love them! They are larger than I expected and I like that. They are great for scraping up chopped items, scraping crumbs up, scraping the excess flour and dough from my pastry sheet and about anything else you want to scrape. How did I go this long without these wonderful tools.

Color is great. Etching of measurement conversion and ruler is nice and size is good. The issue is that mine still had multiple places there was extra (in some cases quite sharp) left over plastic from the mould still attached to the paddles that needed to be cut / sanded down before use. It wasn't a huge deal to break out the sandpaper and scissors and they seem like they will work fine now, but I would have preferred a bit more attention to detail and quality control to be done by the factory instead of me.
