Really love that it comes with everything you need, including a bag to hold everything. tools are very easy to clean after use and it's perfect for beginners that are wanting to learn how to make sourdough bread. This set arrived today and now we are really ready to start making sourdough bread. The only thing that would make this set complete, for beginners, is the tall jar once your have your starter going. Otherwise, everything a person needs to make a wonderful batch of sourdough bread is in the kit. Thanks to the seller for offering these products at a reasonable price.

I love the proofing bowls and the fabric liners I can use with them. I also love having the spatula for mixing the bread dough. It is a lifesaver!!!! The scoring stick does not work as far as I can tell, I have not been able to figure it out, so I just use the leather sleeve to hold the razor blade when I go to score with it. The fabric bag is wonderful to have on hand too, I use it throughout the baking process. When bulk proofing I throw it on top of the bowl and then I use it to cover the loaf on the counter as it cools, and then I store the loaf in the bag, it only lasts for a few days, but it is a lifesaver when it comes to keeping the crust crispy as opposed to it getting soggy in a plastic bag.

I love all of these tools and the baskets!! But I am frustrated because I thought it came with parchment paper. The page says “butter” paper. Anyways, I used it because it came with it and it melted to the bottom of my loaves … not thrilled. Other than that I can’t complain. It would have been nice if it came with parchment paper since that is what you are supposed to use with bread..

The Liliadon basket set exceeds my expectation. The set was nicely packed and contains all the tools I need for making sourdough and artisan breads. The Danish dough hook is a nice size that fits the hand. The baskets are sturdy and the liners easily washable. The other tools were of a good quality. Thank you!
