I’m pretty new to sourdough, so I wanted a kit that had everything instead of buying a bunch of random tools separately — and this one seriously delivered. It comes with all the basics: bannetons, dough whisk, scrapers, bread sling, starter jar, cooling rack, stencils… basically the whole sourdough starter pack in one box. The proofing baskets are really nice quality and hold their shape well. My dough didn’t stick much at all, and they gave my loaves that classic artisan look. The bread sling is a lifesaver for getting dough into a hot Dutch oven without burning yourself or completely panicking. I also love the starter jar — it’s a good size, easy to clean, and makes feeding and tracking growth way easier. The dough whisk and scrapers feel sturdy and not like they’re going to snap after a few uses. Everything feels thoughtfully put together and not cheap or flimsy. It honestly made the whole sourdough process feel way less intimidating and more fun. Overall, this is a great value kit, especially if you’re just getting into sourdough or want to upgrade your tools all at once. It has more than I needed (I already have measuring cups and spoons) but it was less expensive than buying things separately. It’s not going to be the end-all but seems like a good place to start and find out if you want to pursue sour dough breads!

It’s a great kit had everything needed and more. The packing should have been sturdier and you could see the contents from the pictures just a suggestion but since it’s an item for food it should be package better. But my daughter loved it.
