This machine has been repaired twice by a local refrigeration company but it will not freeze. They suggest to have it replaced but Duro will only ask to have it repaired. It’s a piece of junk. Do not buy it.

Leaked (fast leak, pouring) a tank of liquid all over the floor the first time used. After fixing, leaked (fast leak, pouring) the tank again all over the floor. While cleaning that up barely bumped the second tank and it popped off and unloaded that tank of liquid all over the floor. Asking for my money back. Once and fixed fine, but two consecutive times now-no, not good. Edited to add: the customer service is fantastic! They told me to check the gaskets (seals) I did and ended up replacing both gaskets with the extras they sent with the machine. The machine worked perfectly! I’ve only used it once since fixing but I’m hopeful the situation is resolved. Again, fantastic customer service. I am changing my stars to 3 only because they should have sent good gaskets to begin with.

Please do yourself a favor and do not order from them. 1st Machine was sent out and the compressor was not working. A replacement machine was sent out after contacting them. The replacement machine was constantly dripping. We tried to fix the issue with this company ( seems like they were stalling us) and was patient. Unfortunately, for being patient their return policy was expired by the time we tried to return it and get our refund.

This thing works well but holy hell is it loud. Also the gaskets need replacing very often cuz the sucker will start leaking. If u have a chance get something a lil more expensive, u always get what u paid for.

Bought this product in March and did not open it until June. Opened it set it up and it will not freeze. Customer service officer to pay half the repair and I’m am currently working with the extended warranty I purchased to try and get it repaired. Do not buy this machine it is a junk.
