We bought one of these for our second home and liked it a lot. It was easy to install and the default tone sounds pleasant. Is is also nice to not have to worry about batteries for the doorbell transmitter. The doorbell at our first home stopped working one month later, so we bought a second one for that one.

The unit was easy to set up and install by carefully following the enclosed instructions. There are many sounds to choose from but it is easy to run through them to select your own. I am hard of hearing and have a solid core front door so I could not always hear the sound of knocking. This door bell has changed that and makes me smile every time it chimes.

This was a super easy install. Plug the bell ( ringer ) into a ac outlet in your house. And then stick the push button unit on the side of you house. Plenty of ring tones to select from. And no batteries to install.
