Built for Long Hours and Real Comfort
Color: Black
These headphones have been great for extended use, especially during long workdays. They’re comfortable enough to wear for hours without feeling heavy or tight, and the sound quality is clear and balanced for calls, podcasts, and music. The Bluetooth connection has been reliable, with no annoying drops or lag. The noise-canceling microphone is a standout. People on the other end of calls can hear me clearly, even with background noise around, which makes a big difference if you’re working, driving, or multitasking. The controls are simple and easy to use without fumbling. If you need a solid pair of Bluetooth headphones that prioritize comfort and call clarity, these are a dependable choice. They feel well-made and designed with real, everyday use in mind.

Great Quality
Color: Black
Love this product. For a hands-free device this is awesome. Easy to operate, very good sound quality for the earpiece, and the microphone is very directional. It picks up you but not the radio. Much better than an earbud. The battery life lasts a long time and it’s easy to recharge either in the car or on the road.

Great Noise Cancellation
Color: Black
The media could not be loaded. I ordered these because I WFH and my toddler can be loud when she’s around. I tested them and she’s barely ever heard in the background and if so, it’s so faint people think it a dog or something. They work great and I love being able to walk around when I’m not on a call. I wear glasses so I think I needed to get adjusted to wearing the first few months, they would hurt by ear after a few hours of wear, but all good now. The headset recently cracked after about only 4 month of having them, so there’s that :( which is the only reason I’m giving these a 4. I expected them to last longer

NEW UPDATE for models past May of 2023: HEADSET MUTE BUTTON IS NOW USELESS. long hair users beware
Color: Black
edit 3 5/15/23: well i regret that i have to do this... take away the rating again, no hate on support dude, he did what he could, but it seems his tech team screwed things over on him or something... but unlike support mvp i have to take back what i said.. this company clearly doesnt care about its customers if it thinks this horrible backstabbing move was a good change... but i decided i would get this headset again, thought the mic was nice enough to put up with the glitches i knew and grew used to and that i had enough hot glue to modify the headset again... well for some reason now on this newer headset or newer version of it past 5/15/23* as i know of for this model for some reason, when you mute, it makes a constant beep when it notices you are talking MAKIGN THE BUILT IN MUTE BUTTON EFFECTIVELY USELESS AS THERE IS A CONSTANT BEEP IN YOUR EAR WHEN YOU ARE MUTED AND TRYING TO TALK TO A 3RD or 4TH PARTY OUTSIDE OF YOUR HEADSET and all i can say is WHAT THE F whos stupid worthless idea was it to forcibly, loudly and constantly remind you that you are muted less than 3 seconds after you had muted yourself to talk to someone in person?... you know so sOON AFTER YOU MUTED IT THAT YOU STILL KNOW ITS EFFING MUTED?? WHY DO I NEED TO HAVE IT BEEPING IN MY EAR SO SOON???? after like 5-15min of being muted maybe i could understand and if it was a setting i had a choice to turn on or off BUT *BEEPS* NOT *BEEPS* LIKE *BEEPS*THIS*BEEPS* now i have to inconveniently open my phone anytime i want to mute when all i used to have to do was press a button, but if i do that now the headset SCREAMS AT ME TO UNMUTE IT WHEN I WENT INSIDE A STORE AND AM NOW JUST TRYING TO*BEEPS* TALK TO*BEEPS* A CHASHIER*BEEPS* FOR A FEW MIN *BEEPS*AS IT *BEEPS* IN MY EAR??? OR TRYING TO MAKE SURE THE STORES BACKGROUND NOISE IS NOT DISTURBING THE PEOPLE I AM ON CALL WITH BUT NOW I HAVE TO HEAR CONSTANT BEEPS CAUSE F ME I GUESS FOR TRUSTING *BEEPS* TECKNET. if you think reading the all caps is frustrating cause its dumb and annoying then now you have a small idea of what its like to have this headset screaming in your ear when it doesnt effing need to... *(the old version i had got 2 years ago August 16, 2021, had NEVER done this and STILL does not do this, i still have it but it is getting old and glitchier becoming a good old pain to use though, so its why i have been wasting my money trying to get a replacement that i thought i could trust but it seems you cant trust any company no matter how hard their support tries too make em look good..) ~~~~ *Edit: the TECKNET customer service is pretty amazing, i never expected them to reach out to me after my review, but the agent that reached out to me went above trying to help me learn the inner workings of the headset i didnt understand. or what parts might possibly be problems using an older model phone** and despite my problems with the headset they are company worth doing business with as they sound like they take the product they provide seriously and want to improve where they can. (**disclaimer :thats a guess by me atm the agent never suggested or said those words so dont hurt them if im wrong lol i came to that guess conclusion on my own from what i read and know i could be wrong, tho i hear they may test my model (iphone 8 IOS 16.3.1) if they are able to. i just know older electronics sometimes get quirky glitches and my phone was a hand-me-down on top of it, or maybe they will discover something, i'll up date review as needed if needed) edit 2 an email update: Hello, Thanks for your waiting. We have reported to the engineering department for testing, and the test results indicate that there are certain incompatibilities between the phone model and software and the headphones (such as muting the microphone during an alarm, which can cause the mute to be turned off, and disconnecting/connecting the headphones can result in automatic video playback). Additionally, the mute function on both headphones is primarily designed for muting during phone calls, and there may be compatibility issues when using third-party calling apps on the phone. Thank you again for your continued support and understanding, and please feel free to contact us if you have any further questions. Wish you all the best! Best Regards J. (Full name removed for privacy) Edited Mostly Original Review: the quality of the mic is good, love that you can bend it closer to your mouth or away as needed, i have been informed the mic cover is at least removeable so that helps with cleaning it off it you manage to get it messy like a mistimed messy sneeze... but it has pretty decent sound cancling as i have been able to take walks on windy days and not bother people in my voice calls with the wind but(and this is probably my biggest problem with the headset and sadly why i cant go above 3 stars* even if its worth getting again despite needing to hot glue it the moment i get it, but well i gotta hot glue it the moment i get it ^^;) if you have long hair you will need to use hot glue or something to modify the headset as the headband and the head grip thingy on the side(in the picture) has space between them allowing your hair to coil into it if you wear it for long periods (yes even when i wear a hairtie, slight adjustments to recenter my headset will allow the headband(the side with out the ear muff) to wiggle into my hair and get it wrapped up in it) causing me to yank my hair and having to spend time untangling it before i can fully take it off.. oh and the multimedia software is eh, or perhaps i dont have the skills needed to use em since i didnt ever take the time to familiarize myself with their use. but i do know that my videos un/pausing when i connected or disconnected my phone got old real fast unfortunately, and volume control didnt get much use as my videos came out my speakers not headset so it didnt affect the proper volume channels anyway when attempting to to control their sound(tho i understand that is probably partly user error as it probably wasnt programed to expect a differnt audio out put or i was just doing it wrong cause i didnt try to use em enough), but could at least pause the video. tho not sure why it felt the need to unpause pc videos when my phone connected to it, or unmuting my mic when an alarm or timer goes off.

Your Command Center for Clear Communication
Color: Black
Upon unboxing, the TECKNET headset immediately conveys a no-nonsense, functional design. It feels lightweight but durable, constructed primarily from robust plastic with comfortable padding. The "on-ear" design is evident, and the flexible boom microphone is a clear highlight, suggesting a focus on voice clarity. The controls on the earcup are tactile and intuitively placed. The black color offers a professional, discreet aesthetic. Pros: Exceptional Microphone Noise Canceling & Clarity: This is the absolute standout feature. The boom microphone, combined with effective environmental noise cancellation (ENC), does an outstanding job of isolating your voice from background noise. In noisy environments (simulated truck cabin, busy office, home with distractions), my voice came through remarkably clear and understandable, making it ideal for professional calls, virtual meetings, and customer service. Comfortable for Extended Wear: The on-ear design, combined with soft earcup padding and a lightweight adjustable headband, makes this headset genuinely comfortable for long hours of continuous use. It doesn't clamp too tightly, and the earcups breathe reasonably well, preventing excessive heat build-up. Reliable Bluetooth Connectivity: Pairing was quick and stable with both my smartphone and computer. The Bluetooth 5.0 (or similar modern standard) connection provided a strong, consistent signal with good range, allowing me to move around my workspace without audio dropouts. Dual-Device Connectivity (Often): Many trucker headsets offer multipoint connectivity, allowing you to connect to two devices simultaneously (e.g., phone and computer). This feature (if present) is incredibly convenient for seamless transitions between calls. Long Battery Life: The headset boasts excellent battery life, typically providing enough power for a full day or more of talk time on a single charge. This is crucial for professionals who rely on constant communication. Intuitive Controls: The physical buttons on the earcup for volume, call answer/end, and mute are well-placed and easy to operate by touch, without needing to look or fumble. Dedicated Mute Button: A physical mute button on the microphone boom or earcup is a must-have for professional use, allowing for quick and reliable muting during calls. Versatile for Multiple Use Cases: It truly delivers for its advertised scenarios: truckers, office professionals, call center agents, remote workers, and even for crystal-clear Skype/Zoom/Teams calls from home. Cons: Audio Quality for Music (Secondary): While voice audio is exceptional, the audio quality for music listening is decent but not exceptional. It's tuned for voice clarity rather than rich bass or detailed highs, which is a fair trade-off for its primary purpose. On-Ear Design (Personal Preference): While comfortable, on-ear headphones don't provide the passive noise isolation of over-ear designs. Some users might prefer a fully enclosing earcup for personal listening, but for active communication where some environmental awareness is desired, on-ear is often preferred. No Charging Stand (Minor): While it charges via USB, the absence of a dedicated charging stand (common on some premium office headsets) is a minor convenience factor. Overall Input & Verdict: The TECKNET Trucker Bluetooth Headphones with Microphone are an outstanding communication tool, excelling where it matters most: microphone clarity and comfort for extended wear. The noise-canceling microphone is a game-changer for clear conversations in any noisy environment, making it an indispensable asset for truckers, remote workers, call center professionals, and anyone who spends a lot of time on calls or virtual meetings. Its reliable connectivity, long battery life, and intuitive controls further cement its position as a top-tier choice in its category. If clear, uninterrupted communication is a priority, this TECKNET headset is a highly recommended and value-packed investment.
