Correction to "Great" of earlier review.
The review submitted earlier was noticed by company. And they listen!! I received a replacement DVD and it works wonderfully. I am impressed and pleased for the response and am very happy with the replacement. Reviewed earlier --- This might be the worst purchase from Amazon ever. Totally disappointed. Picture blurs and stops / starts while playing. Remote will not allow selection from menu. No DVDs will play through without stopping many times. Total waste of money and time. ... show more

DVD Player
The DVD Player was easy to install and did work a few times. After using it 3 times it stopped working and wouldn’t open so I could get my cd out. I contacted the company and this was the best customer service ever. So nice and gave me a free replacement and 3 year warranty. I was very happy with them. ... show more

Doesn't last, even if you never use it!!!!
I was forced to give one star, I give zero stars. I bought two of these, hooked up but never used. Until I tried just recently and they won't even turn on the product doesn't last. You don't even have to use them for them to not work. How does something break when it's not even used? Very disappointed 😞 ... show more

They will stand behind their product
I bought this in January of 2024 I never had any issues with it playing but I had not used it for several months and I went to use it about a week ago. It wouldn't work. So I contacted Amazon and I received an email from the supplier. I explained to them what happened and that I had only actually used it a handful of times in the last year. I also stated I realized it wasn't very expensive and had I been using it every night or at least couple two or three times a week then I would say I got my money's worth out of it I was just disappointed that it had quit working already. They were great they said they understood and they sent me a new DVD player. I was surprised because I didn't expect that and I was very pleased and I would highly recommend dealing with them and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another product from them. I really appreciated the fact that a year later they stood behind their product and that's something you don't see very much anymore. ... show more

Great DVD Player
I have had this player for over a month now, and I love it. I was looking for a simple DVD player - no fancy stuff like combo player with Blu-ray player, VHS player, etc. - just an easy to use, reliable DVD player to play all my old DVDs on. This is the machine that does that. Easy to set-up. The picture, using the HDMI port, is super clear. Set up was easy and straightforward. The remote is user-friendly and the buttons are located where you would expect them to be; and the buttons feel like buttons. Not flat squares on a flat surface where you don't know which button you are going to click without a light turned on. All in all, this is a great DVD player. ... show more

it plays anything
it is not the "DVD police"! Unfortunately the picture is 720p at best. If you attempt 1080p the picture is weirdly stretched, good for a cheap player. bought a Samsung at the thrift store for $8. Have had to use this one for a Spanish region DVD, good as a back up!

Love this DVD Player!
Review Image by Jasmine Morgan
It came fairly quickly (thank you 2 day shipping),and was ready to go right out the box. I simply had to hook up the hdmi cable to the smart TV and plug it in. I get to enjoy my workout dvd's and my favorite movies again whenever I want! The remote control is big enough that it won't get lost easily but not too bulky. It's easy to push the buttons and the reaction time of each command is instant, so you can pause right at your favorite scenes. I highly recommend this brand if your looking for a simple DVD player that's quick to set up and easy to use ... show more
