I bought this in January of 2024 I never had any issues with it playing but I had not used it for several months and I went to use it about a week ago. It wouldn't work. So I contacted Amazon and I received an email from the supplier. I explained to them what happened and that I had only actually used it a handful of times in the last year. I also stated I realized it wasn't very expensive and had I been using it every night or at least couple two or three times a week then I would say I got my money's worth out of it I was just disappointed that it had quit working already. They were great they said they understood and they sent me a new DVD player. I was surprised because I didn't expect that and I was very pleased and I would highly recommend dealing with them and I wouldn't hesitate to buy another product from them. I really appreciated the fact that a year later they stood behind their product and that's something you don't see very much anymore.

Bought for my 90+ year old mom because it played multiple types of disc, DVD-CD-DVD/R -etc. It played about 20 minutes of the first movie we tried to watch and wouldn't play any more, couldn't even start it again. Tried a different movie and after about 10 minutes it stopped playing too. There was a QR code on screen about support and that lead to many reviews about the same problem I was having. Because it was a Christmas gift and I hadn't set it up for my mom until the time to be able to return it had expired. The ONLY good thing is it wasn't very expensive so the money I wasted on this DVD player was not a lot but what a waste of time and effort for ZERO good results.

The DVD Player was easy to install and did work a few times. After using it 3 times it stopped working and wouldn’t open so I could get my cd out. I contacted the company and this was the best customer service ever. So nice and gave me a free replacement and 3 year warranty. I was very happy with them.

It came fairly quickly (thank you 2 day shipping),and was ready to go right out the box. I simply had to hook up the hdmi cable to the smart TV and plug it in. I get to enjoy my workout dvd's and my favorite movies again whenever I want! The remote control is big enough that it won't get lost easily but not too bulky. It's easy to push the buttons and the reaction time of each command is instant, so you can pause right at your favorite scenes. I highly recommend this brand if your looking for a simple DVD player that's quick to set up and easy to use

I at first thought this was a nice little dvd player. The remote has an option to go to the next segment of the video(I have an exercise dvd that has 3 episodes on it). I only use the "Next" button occasionally. My new dvd is now scratched and I can't see the next segment of the dvd. Also, you can't stop the player and resume playing it later at the place you stopped it-it will go back to the beginning of the dvd. I would not buy this again!

All hooked up very easy. Put DVD in and started. I realized I had placed second of set of two in when it was playing the second half. Switched DVD's and that was the last it played. Almost could not get the DVD out. I figured out what was wrong. One of the HMRI plus had fallen out. The original controller was very confusing. Am offered a much simpler controller and that worked wonderful.
