Now for my honest disclosure... sadly I'm truly out of shape and remain using the band with the least amount of resistance... but just give me time and I look forward to getting stronger! So far I really like these. There's 5 different resistances, which is great for working different muscle groups. I can use the extra heavy thickness for my legs, the medium for arms, and the light works great for rehabbing my injured shoulder. Lots of options for different exercises, all from the comfort of home. They are a good thickness and seem like they'll hold up for a good long time. It includes a pamphlet with different exercises you can do, so that's nice for a quick reference. And the drawstring bag helps to keep everything together.
