The clamps don’t fit. When I called customer support, they had me send photos and part numbers. The sent me a pack of the same part number aluminum clamps. The bed tapers in on the 2024/2025 Tacomas. The 2 forward clamps need to open deeper. The clamp foot needs to be able extend to the inside of the track. I saw this with other sellers as well. This is my third truck bed cover purchased. The two previous installs were on Chevy colorado long beds. Those two were installed by a dealer and fit and finish were very good. This cover is for a 2025 Tacoma 5’ bed and I decided to install myself with the aid of the YouTube video developed by Truxedo. Very informative however I did instal slightly different procedure. Specifically, the bulkhead gaskets. There are two blocks and a long gasket. In the video, the measured and cut gasket and applied starting at one end. I suggest you do not cut first and apply the gasket starting from the middle. This will help with the trimming. The two blocks are provided to seal the ends of the bulkhead. I suggest you partially tuck the end of the blocks under the lip of the bed. (This will be obvious once you view the bed). You will need scissors to cut the bulkhead gasket because the give about 4” of extra material. Install tip-take your time. This is easy to install in approximately 90 minutes and I was drinking coffee and answering text messages. Tip 2–follow the install sequence. Tip 3–when placing the rails be mindful not to bump the rails before attaching or you my not them off and scratch the paint. ... show more

The cover itself does a great job keeping everything, well, covered. If I tighten the sides by pulling the ends over the velcro, the automatic tailgate won't open. I end up having to manually pull it down because the seal is too tight. (Yes, I know. First-world problems.) It wasn't that easy to install, and the foam pieces at the end next to the cab fall out often. Still, it's very easy to open and close. I like that when I open it up, the rolled-up end doesn't block much of the opening. I would definitely buy this cover again, but I may have it professionally installed. ... show more

Looks fantastic. Did the install myself took a couple hours due to trial and error. i have the factory spray in bed liner so i lightly sanded (cringe!) the area where the weather stripping goes. Had some trouble with clamps. mallet and a pry bar, and my wife’s foot got er done.
