Some reviews have stated it comes dented but I'm like I'll test my luck. Yep nope shouldn't have bought it. Thank God I make decent money but 500 is still a pretty penny to spend on something and have it arrive damaged. The box it came in was fine so I'm lead to believe it was damaged before shipping not during. I took my hammer to the lower corner where the dial is located and had to bang it back into place while holding the dial into the cut out of the deep freezer where it's supposed to be. I really wish I would of taken pictures but I was so pissed when I saw it that I didn't think/plan ahead. It does still work and for that reason I do plan on keeping it. This freezer is perfect for my apartment space. The white color matches the other items that I have purchased. The size of the freezer interior will give me an opportunity to plan my grocery shopping. I got a new refrigerator in my apartment, however, the ice maker took up space that I normally would have used for storage. Also, I have a much smaller kitchen, however, the hallway across from the kitchen is a perfect place for my freezer. I believe no matter where I live, this freezer will fit into my one-bedroom apartment. The freezer is quiet, I walk around it and do not even notice any noise. Like the packaging for the freezer. Delivery was easy. Great for small and confined spaces. We got wheels separately to make it easier to move when needed. But overall great product. If we needed another 1 we probably would be buying the same one:-)
