This system has been great for my 13 year old son. We ended up just using a smart TV for the monitor, connecting them with an HDMI cord. He LOVES his gaming computer. I also want to add that upon delivery through FedEx, the package arrived on time, however the glass piece inside the parcel had been shattered. FedEx couldn't care less, but I reached out to the customer service email and phone number. They got right back to me, instructed me on how to clean it all out to make sure it still worked (which it did) then sent us a brand new piece of glass for it. I was very happy with the support they offered. We are now looking to upgrade some items in the computer, and tech support is assisting me through this process as well. Please don’t waste your money. I purchased this in December for Cmas for my boys. The hard drive crashed and the customer service was horrible. I returned it. I thought maybe it was rare because of the good reviews so I bought another one. Well this one, the power plug wasn’t working from the beginning so. I had to buy a new one. I finally turn this one on and it’s sooo slow. I contacted customer service and he virtually took over the computer and said he fixed it. It still isn’t fixed. My kids can’t even play games because certain apps won’t open. And the ones that do, take forever to load. The good reviews are only from people who get pressured to on the phone. When I called them, he assured me my computer was fixed and I was happy, and before we got off the phone he asked me to leave a review. And stayed with me on the phone until I was done, being pushy about it. I felt awkward so I just did it. They won’t refund me because I stupidly waited so long to do something about this. So I wasted 400$ on a computer that doesn’t work. I hope that they can hopefully fix it, and if they do, I will update this review and let you guys know if they were able to rectify this. ... show more

Easy set up and pretty great overall. My only complaint is it is advertised with Fortnite as an option but you cannot run Fortnite with this graphics card. So if you’re buying this for your kid to play Fortnite, don’t. You should probably remove that image from your advertising.
