I bought this to use while traveling with my husband’s 6-lb. Chihuahua mix. It’s lightweight, fairly sturdy, and looks like a regular bag from a distance. We used it to keep Dashy confined but quiet when she got fussy one night in a motel. I didn’t want to let her sleep directly on the bed, but I also didn’t want her to cry all night and wake the other motel guests, so we put her in this and set it on the bed between our pillows to make her feel safe. I suspect a larger or more determined dog could break out of it quickly, but it was great for our purposes.

We bought this to bring home our cat we adopted from a rescue group. I recommend a small luggage lock after you use it a few times. Lucy figured out how to unzip it after the 3rd or 4th use.

This is a pretty and sturdy pet carrier. I think the bag should be some inches larger because the description says it's also for medium size cats.

I am totally thrilled with this affordable small pet carrier. This will work great for transporting foster guinea pigs to and from the rescue. My only complaint is that when it arrived, and I removed it from the Amazon packaging, it had an overwhelmingly strong cigarette smoke odor!
