This is an excellent QLED TV by TCL. Unpackaging and set-up were simple and easy. A user’s guide is included, but the graphics/text are too small for my old eyes. I went to the TCL website to view an on-line manual but got a "404 error" where the manual was supposed to be located. Oh well, I proceeded without the manual and everything was straight forward, no manual necessary. I mounted my TV to wall using a wall mount with no issues. The ports (HDMI eArc, HDMI, cable, USB, optical and LAN) are all conveniently located on the right side of the back and easily assessable when wall mounted. The power cable is located on the opposite side. Going through the set-up steps on the TV display was easy, the longest task was the software update. The TV defaults on Google TV, which looks extensive. I use old fashion cable and didn't spend too much time checking out the Google TV features. Entering settings, then "Input" and you can change to cable input. The remote is excellent and I like the design. The remote has buttons for all the common functions without overburdening the remote with a bunch of useless buttons. The display looks great. You'll need to spend a lot more on an OLED type TV to get much better than this. The display is clear and sharp. The colors are vibrant. There's a ton of display adjustments in the settings to get exactly what you want. I was impressed with how many adjustments were available and how well the display can be tailored to individual needs. The sound is very good too. There are two speakers on the back of the TV. I have a sound bar that I used with my old TV, but I didn't feel it was needed on this TV. The sound from the TV was as good or better than the sound bar. For even better sound there is an optional wireless subwoofer and satellite speakers that complement the built-in speakers, I might check in to these (extra bass is always appreciated). There are also multiple adjustments for sound in the settings, although I didn't notice as much of an impact with the adjustments as I did with the display adjustments. For example, I went with "Movie" for sound mode, but I couldn't tell much difference between all the options. The quality and workmanship both appear to be excellent. This is a solid, well-made TV and is excellent value for money. This is by far the best TV I have had to date. Set up was very easy. I like the center stand that seems more stable than others I have had. This stand also allows us to install the TV on a smaller desk top which is great. For other 65 in TVs we had to use a long board to support the feet. This one is way better. The initial software setup took hours on our very slow internet connection. Once it was finished we tried different shows and we were absolutely amazed at the quality of this TV. The color and details, even on slow internet, are incredible. This brings things into your living room. You can see 3d depth. It is amazing. You can see details in this TV that we never knew we were missing. People are almost right there with you in the room. You can clearly see 3d details as people move around in front of objects or in a room. Other TVs make the scenes look flat. And you can see every detail of a person's face up close and personal like I have never seen. The sound is the best we have had on a TV as well. Music sounds so much better. TVs and sound effects are very crisp and have the full sound spectrum. I cannot even begin to describe the brightness and contrast. With other TVs on some scenes you can barely make out what is going in in dark rooms. This TV brings it all out clearly. You see what the directors meant for you to see. The remote control has lighting behind the keys which makes night time use so much better. No fumbling around trying to remember what key is what. This is an awesome TV. ... show more

Just mount it, plug it in, and set it too Vivid. Adjust brightness to taste and be ready to be amazed. Sometimes just walking through the room I turn it on for a moment to elevate my mood. It's astounding; the brilliance with whiter whites, deeper blacks, and depth of color. The Bang and Olufsen speaker system with twin subwoofers is the best sounding built-in television audio I have had to date and my passion for large screen high quality TV's goes back decades. I'm not saying it is equal to, for example, a Velodyne sub which costs as much as this TV just for the sub, but nevertheless it is so remarkable my brother had to come in from a different floor in the house and remark how great it sounded. That is saying something for built in sound. They offer optional rear speakers with a separate sub. High end sound bars are recommended for the purists. This TCL has Google TV with Gemini AI built in. It has plenty of ports including 4X HDMI 2.1 with full 4K@144 Hz, a USB and more. Even when viewing lower resolution content, the AI processing enhances what you see. Highly, highly recommended at a comfortable price point. ... show more
