Pros: * This is a great deal for what you're getting. It's nice to not have to purchase a Roku stick separately. * Ample connection options, including HDMI ARC which is the best option for a surround sound system. * Sleek/modern looking Cons: * The sound is meh. It's passable, but if you use this with any frequency you're going to want to add a speaker setup. * That little white/clear piece of plastic on the bottom lights up every time you press any button on the remote. I can't find a way to turn it off, so I covered it with electric tape. I can still sort of see a flash of light when I push a button, but it's minimal and I'll probably stop noticing it over time. * The remote make more "click" sound when you press buttons compared to the Roku stick remote I have in my living room. This is a minor issue, but I think it's worth mentioning. Overall, if you're looking for a good value option this is a great choice. Setup was a breeze and picture quality if great for what you're getting (1080p). Time will tell how it holds up, but so far I'm happy with my purchase.

I've bought 3 of these over the years, two for clients and one for myself. They are easy to setup and very easy to navigate around to find what you want. I've used other "smart" TV's and some of them are more complicated than they are worth. These are very easy to use. They work great with Cable boxes, Antenna, and DVD/Blu-ray players and even using a sound bar via the Optical output. It is also very easy to upgrade your control to a Voice Command, if the set doesn't come with one.

This is my fifth TCL Roku TV. Their picture quality is not high-end but more than adequate. The audio is good enough for speech but not excellent for music. The TV does a great job of picking up my WiFi signal even on the opposite side of the house from my WiFi transmitter. The TCL TV gives you the full Roku experience. And they last for years: My first Roku TV from 2017 still works like a champion. My main TV is a Samsung connected to a Roku box. But for the price, the TCL Roku TV is perfect as a secondary TV, such as for kids, the guest room, the kitchen, and etc. Also, the built-in Roku function means you don't need an external Roku box, which may not always be convenient to place in some home locations.

Just got this TV this morning and setup and viewing in 1/2 hour. Very nice picture, good sound, great price for a spare bedroom TV. Someone commented about the little white light in front that bugs them. Easy to turn off. To turn off the light on your TCL TV, you need to Press the Home or Settings button on your remote control. Select System and then Advanced settings (or Power). Select Standby LED (or LED indicator) and turn it off. Press OK to confirm.

The resolution on this television can be hazy to somewhat better. However, the better is not 1080p sharp. My previous television was a 720p. This television resolution doesn't come anywhere near the resolution that I got from my previous television. Why advertise a television as having a 1080p resolution and it doesn't. I don't care what you're selling it for. If the product does not have the resolution that you're stating that it has, why do that? I'll tell you why. It's due to unethical practices. Additionally , I have made picture settings changes, and I was on the phone with TCL tech support, for several minutes, they made several adjustments and none of the adjustments held. This television resorted back to being just as ugly as when I got it. Obvious changes such as background, screensaver, and profile icon are not saving either. By TCL tech support gosted me. I'm still waiting for their email. This is the second television that I purchased. I don't particularly feel like taking it down and returning it. Also I am concerned with being targeted as a person who returns frequently. This product is substandard.
