The media could not be loaded. I really like this loveseat. It's a bit firm but it's good enough for naps. Customer service was awesome. I needed information ahead of my purchase as I was trying to see if it was the same maker for a full-sized sofa I was trying to match it to. They provided me with complete drawings of this unit that helped me decide to buy it. Also of note, I have two dogs who shed light color fur quite a bit. The fabric on this is REALLY easy to clean up. The only thing I'd advise other buyers to note is that the back goes straight up from the seat cushion - there is no slope, so you may need a bolster or two if you plan on sitting on it for long periods of time. ... show more

Her living room had limited space for a sofa and this is the only love seat I was able to find in Amazon with the right size and the right reviews. The package arrived in excellent condition except that one bolt is missing which is extremely annoying. Now I have to make a special trip to the hardware store for the missing bolt that should have been included.
