It does work really good for only being. 20$ tattoo gun my only complaint about it is that it doesn’t go exceptionally fast but other wise this is solid option if you want to start out in tattooing , btw buy seperate ink the ink it comes with is garbage

First of all, who this kit is for: 1. Beginners who want something that works, but with a low barrier to entry. 2. Pros who want to work outside the studio but don't want to risk damaging their more expensive equipment. The nice thing with this kit is that you get absolutely everything you need to get started as soon as you open the box: The tattoo machine, ink, practice skin, a pair of gloves (though only one pair, so you will want to get more!), seven colors of ink, a lot of cups, a lot of different size needles, and tape to wrap it up for easier holding. One thing I REALLY wish it had come with was a case for holding everything. I ended up using a generic small tote, but something more purpose-built would have been nice. As far as how it works, it's like any other tattoo gun, except that it has the power supply and controls self-contained. That will make it a little heavy for the experienced tattooist, but nothing that can't be overcome with a little practice. For the beginner, you'll get used to the weight quickly enough, then if and when you scale up to more pro equipment, that will seem light. But it's not at all unwieldy. I got good results with the practice skin, though you'll need more than is provided if you really need the practice. I was able to get good lines within a couple of tries from scratch, so a beginner should do well too. If you can draw, you can use this. It feel like it's not going to fall apart on me anytime soon, but I wouldn't drop it too many times if you want it to keep working. The price is super low so it's a great entry point for someone wants to get into tattooing. ... show more

Happy with the machine. The skin was a little thin but much thicker than others I have received in kits in the past. Unfortunately the ink was leaking and all of the lids were loose. Not to mention there is no seal under the lids so they are definitely unsanitary so PLEASE DO NOT USE THE INK ON ANYONE. Otherwise I would have given 5 star ... show more

This gives you a lot for the price and is great for someone just getting start and/or working on fake skin. It has a tattoo machine, set of gloves, 7 ink colors, neadles, cups, fake/practice skin and a set of rubber gloves. The batteries is came with are rechargeable via USB c cable and are easy to get out and charge but it is a bit awkward and it not what I have used before. The machine item self has a good amount of weight and is balanced and comfortable while using it. Most of the extras are good quality but after working on the fake skin with the included ink, I would never use it on a person. The ink just seems a bit thin and one of the colors was open and not sealed well so it was a bit of a mess. Overall everything but the ink was great quality and a good set for someone to get started on fake skins or as a travel kit. ... show more

I love this kit so much. Not only do you get. A machine with a display for 20 dollars which is unheard of you get 2 hot swappable batteries with usb c cable hookups. I have not seen too many machines like this except the more expensive ones. Not only that included is a vast array of quality accesories. The machine is a tiny bit noisier then higher end machines but not by much. This machine pounds out lines and lays incredible shading with easy providing all the power and finess you need out of any machine. This is such a unique machine to own. ... show more

I like this machine so far. Love the color and design. It’s easy to hold and easy to operate. Comes with most of what you need to get started. Has worked pretty well so far. Not the biggest fan of the battery type but it's okay. Decent little starter kit for beginners!
