The media could not be loaded. This set comes with everything you need to get started. I'm just in the beginning phases of learning how to tattoo, and I've tried a few different kits now. This kit includes everything you need to get started, including03 and 05 liner cartridges. It took a minute to figure out how to get the battery pack set up to the proper settings to run the machine, but once I did, the remaining adjustments and fine-tuning were fairly easy. The gun has an adjustable needle depth, which really helps when you're trying to learn how far to hold the gun to get the right skin depth (1-2 mm). The pen itself is a very comfortable shape to hold for long periods and is well-balanced. I still don't feel confident working on actual skin, so I'm still just practicing with skins (included) and intermittently shading in some decades-old scars from an old accident to try it out on actual skin. I've been looking for somewhere that does paramedical tattooing in my area for years, and failing to find a reliable provider, decided to take matters into my own hands. I was easily able to mix the ink to a flesh tone (red, blue, yellow, and white) in the included ink cups. The included gloves provided a nice germ barrier after I'd sterilized all required skin areas. This machine was easy to handle and allows for steady handling and an even and consistent depth, and the needle didn't hurt any more than professional tattoos. The ink was deposited evenly over the scar tissue area and is healing evenly. The skin trauma was no worse than any of the professional tattoos I've ever gotten, and the healing went by without a hitch, though it was itchier than normal as expected due to the tattoo being done over a keloid scar. Overall, this is a very user-friendly kit for someone who wants to explore tattooing and is an excellent value for the money. Plenty of ink, cartridges, and skins to practice many different styles and applications.

This review is for the Hawink HWP67P155-7 Tattoo pen Kit, Grey. The price at the time of this review is $24.00. This is far from high-end quality, but the price makes it a no-brainer for beginners. It's loud but has low vibration. 3.5mm stroke length. LED digital display. 5-12 voltage. I prefer the ability to adjust the voltage in smaller increments, BUT I can't really complain much considering the price. Comes with: RCA cable (no power supply), Type-C charging cable, rechargeable battery, 7 color sample ink set, 10 needles, ink cups, gloves, grip tape, transfer paper, practice skin, and manuals. These accessories are only meant to get you started. At this price, you can't go wrong.

A nice tattoo pen, with a battery that I'm still on the fence about. I'll explain. This tattoo pen is very nice for the price of this kit. It runs well, and is both quiet and low vibration right up until around 10v. At that point the noise get a bit louder, and the vibration starts to increase. The vibration is still rather low, however, and this is beyond your regular working range. The battery is another story. Although it's a 3 button operation system, the battery only adjusts in 0.5v. I much prefer any battery to adjust in 1/10th of a volt increments. Not having that precise ability to change settings makes accurate adjustments very challenging. The rest of the kit is very good. It includes charging cable, a patch cable (or clip cord) that allows you to forego the battery pack and work off AC power, a box of 20 tattoo needle cartridges, a small bag of ink caps, a single narrow roll of black grip tape, a single pair of black rubber latex exam gloves, a small set of inks, a single sheet of good quality tattoo practice skin, a set of two tattoo design thermal transfer sheets, and a small instruction booklet. This is a good deal for the price, and has enough material for the beginner to start practicing, and learning.

This pretty much comes with everything you need to get started exploring the art of tattooing. The fact that it's rechargeable and can be used cordlessly is a bonus. This may not be something top of the line, but it's much better than some of the DIY kits I've seen some folks use when I was younger, and much safer as it uses sterile equipment. Solid value for what you get - I can't imagine needing much more than this initially. This has gotten me started practicing, and we'll see how it goes, but I'm hopeful that I can at least turn this into a hobby for myself that will be rewarding for my circle. Recommended.

This is a really nice rechargeable tattoo gun. It is fun for learning to tattoo with. Holds a charge. Makes giving tattoos mobile a better experience. Worth the price for a first or second tattoo gun.

I wanted something to learn and dabble with and this was perfect! Boxed and packaged well and comes with everything to get started The gun charged up overnight and I was ready to go. Came with needles inks and cup needed to start. Inks are strong and dark, not watered down I practiced for a couple of hours and didn’t need a recharge yet. Still on my first needle set and color, don’t know how long they will last but it’s lasted so far Eventually if I like tattooing enough I might get some pro level stuff but this is perfect for my current needs. If you are thinking about learning how to this is the kit for you

This is the first tattoo machine kit I've ever gotten that I liked every single thing in it. This is the best ink I've gotten in a kit so far and I feel fine using it in real skin. The machine is a bit heavy compared to my usual machines, I don't like it for lining but anything to do with shaders and mags... I really, really like it!! This combined with bugpin round mags is pretty awesome considering the price. I also like how adjustable the battery pack is, and the pause function is very handy.
