You can see where the water level is, the k cupholder, coffee grains holder, the instruction and recipe book, and the drip trays. 3) When I first received this little machine I was not very pleased with it. It was small and just didn't seem to have many options. It only holds 19 oz. of water which is not a lot. After getting it setup and plugged in I started the process of learning about it. It is simple to use, and I had a large 14 oz glass, so I didn't need to add any drip trays. I simply pushed the oz button and then the hot button, and it was very quick with the water coming out. I was surprised as to how fast the coffee/water heated up. At first, I thought it was going to quit a few times, but it kept going until I got a full cup of coffee. I have a bigger different model where I can make many cups of coffee with it, but I don't always have coffee every day. So the water will sit, and I have to keep changing the water because it gets stale sitting for so long before each time I use it. This little machine, basically, I end up adding water each time I use it, which works out much better for me. The taste is just as good with this machine, and for me, it is the perfect size. I hope this one lasts longer than my previous one.

This is perfect for travel! It's a very small coffee maker but with big appeal when you don't want something that takes up a lot of space. This machine has several things that won me over. I wanted something easy to travel with but would put out a decent cup of coffee and not just water with the faint taste of coffee. This does the trick. This coffee maker will make a 16 oz cup of coffee quickly and I can put my travel mug under it to fill before hitting the road. I like to bring my own grind so this coffee maker is really nice with it permanent filter making that an option. It can use K-Cups as well if that's your preference. It's very simple to fill, place your grounds in the machine and chose your brew style. You can brew over ice or a hot cup in regular or bold with cup size choices of 8, 10, 12, or 16 oz. I did the temperature test and it did in fact brew at the magic temperature zone of 185 degrees which is said to be the "perfect" cup of coffee temperature. That's what my high end, expensive machine brews a pot at. This unit has a descaling reminder and self-cleaning function. At first I thought that such a small and simple machine might be overpriced. I have changed my mind about that. It's small but might in that it brews a good cup of coffee without all the bells and whistles. What it does have is enough! It comes with a 18 month warranty which in my book is value added.

got one of these coffee makers last year and was quick to get a second one. It is simple to set up and easy to use. You have the option of using coffee pods, like K-cups, or your own fresh grounds, just choose the specific basket for either. Fill the tank with the appropriate amount of water for your cup, 8/10/12/16 oz, select the brew you would like, regular, bold, or iced, then press the button corresponding to the size of your cup. It could not be easier. It comes with two platforms, one tall, one short, to use, depending on the height of your mug or ice-filled glass. It is small and lightweight enough to take when you travel, since, from all reports, no one can trust a hotel room coffee maker/kettle anymore. I use the bold setting, for me, it makes the most satisfying cup from a pod, and the amount of grounds to use with the basket really depends on the coffee and preferred strength, so that takes a little trial and error to get to your specific liking. It makes a good hot cup, is tremendously convenient, and the one I got last year still works like new, so the quality is there, and at an extremely reasonable price for this category, so it's an excellent value. I'm very satisfied with this coffee maker for myself, but it would also make a great, thoughtful gift.

I got this because I do like brewing k-cups but my old machine seemed to have some sort of blockage and hadn’t gotten around to fixing it. I found this ideal as half the price of other brand name machine but also had the ability to brew your own coffee, which I find convenient when you have other pods or coffee packets but not a machine for every single kind. The only thing is it operates by plugging in rather than an off button, which works for me since I’m a bit short on outlets anyways on my coffee bar but it a bit inconvenient when I was to turn it off for a bit but don’t plan on switching machines just yet. Besides that it’s very straightforward to use. I like how it offers an additional bottom for a variety of cup sizes, so no need to brew in a different cup and pour into a larger thermos.

This single service coffee maker for K Cups is my favorite go to coffee maker that seems to be even more robust and durable than those more expensive brands out there. Whenever I have put down the money to buy one of those "K" branded K cup machines, they seem to only last a year before they stop filling your cup all the way and you have to start messing with it to brew enough coffee to fill your cup. This little coffee maker doesn't mess with water bins and complicated controls. Just fill your coffee cup with water, pour it into this machine, and out comes all the water you put into the machine in the form of nice and hot cup of java! This machine is not complicated so not much to break or stop working. It is simple, fast, and efficient and just seems to keep going for years which is all I can ask for. It also has the basket to put your own grounds in but I never use that and it also has a ice coffee setting but I don't use that either. Only hot coffee using K cups and this coffee machine does it without any unnecessary bells and whistles.
