Great little coffee maker at a great price. I bought this to replace my Keurig slim that failed me. I have replaced too many of them with the same brand and feel I’ve given them too much of my money for an inferior product. I have used this machine daily for one day shy of a week and it is great. Pros: hot coffee (Keurig is hot for the first several uses then it seems to decrease over time) this machine also seems to extract the great flavor of the coffee. Some reviews complained that it takes too long to brew, but I’ll take a slower brew for a hotter and better tasting cup of coffee. I appreciate that it comes with the tea brewing basket and the loose coffee ground basket without making you spend more money to get those things. It fits nicely on my counter without taking up too much space. The machine use is pretty straightforward. Fill your desired amount of water in the reservoir and put your coffee pod or ground coffee basket in and close the lid and press whatever button you prefer. There is the option for iced coffee but I’m not a big iced coffee fan. I also appreciate the riser to avoid splashes but I don’t really think it would be needed because it doesn’t seem to splash much like the keurig did. It’s a great looking machine without being bulky. Con: which was my own fault for not fully reading the directions. I filled the reservoir all the way to the max for the first cleaning and didn’t realize I had purchased the one cup machine because I had looked at so many and compared. I thought I bought the one that had the size selection options and I nearly overflowed my cup. Other than that. I don’t have any cons.

I love this coffee maker. It has a very small footprint on my counter. It is very simple to operate. I don’t have to program a computer every time I want to change the amount of ounces. It looks modern and nice in my kitchen. I love the hot brew, bold and over Ice functions as well. The noise level is not offensive, and the brew time is quick.

We grabbed a box of inexpensive pods to try the coffee maker functions. The foil top blew out about half the pods. We were going to return it but then tried some Peet’s and they have worked fine. There is enough pressure that the foil will blow off and make a huge mess if they aren’t glued on well. Ground coffee basket works fine but for RV travel the grounds are more mess than we wanted. There are filters made for the basket but I just started making my own by slightly trimming some small cone filters I had along. Still a little messy since the grounds get blown up on the top due to the pressure. If you’re at home without clean up considerations, then no big deal We have 20 oz Yetis and the height (6.5”) is no problem. We like strong coffee and find the bold button and water to the “max” level will make a decent 20 oz cup from one Peet’s pod. All in all a good product, 4.5. We are satisfied and it makes decent coffee, but it comes out VERY hot. ( too hot for my taste).

Love this machine. It’s just me. It gets the job done. I like that I can descale with a cleaner. There’s no pot that gets stained to clean. It came with a lot of recipes to make different drinks. I love that it takes the pods. I wished the iced feature was a lil more cooled & for iced tea. But I’ve chose to put my ice in last, after the creamer helps cool it a bit more. Then I’ll go in with the ice otherwise it melts it still. Other than that 9/10. Would buy again.

I needed a small coffee maker for work, and didn’t want to spend $80 on the name brand one. But I think that would’ve been the better option overall. This one is just OK. Will it make a cup of coffee? Yes. Though you do have to run a LOT of water through it first, to remove the plastic taste…like, a LOT. But you can only put in the amount of water you expect to use for your cup. No filling the reservoir completely for multiple cups. So it was annoying to have to go back and forth to get water each time I needed to use it. And inevitably someone was going to be “helpful” and try to fill it completely, only for it to use ALL the water and make a huge mess. That led to having to tape instructions to the top, which just looked messy. This one will be donated and I’ll just spend the money on the better one.

So far, this is the best little coffee maker I have purchased for K Cup usage. I've had it over two months now and it is working great. I like iced coffee and it has a separate button on top to press for "over ice" when you make iced coffee. It is very simple to use and everything you see here on the seller's site is self-explanatory. All the extras are great too: a recipe book and accessories. It is quiet and the perfect counter size. I like that you can brew 6 to 16 ounces and there's the water-view window on the side of the machine. Also, the water is used for each brew so the water is not sitting in the machine. It is fresh every time. I've used it for both hot and iced - no problems; and basically use it everyday! For the price, you can't beat this machine! I highly recommend it especially if you like both hot and iced coffee.

Have had this lovely for 10 months now. Ordered as replacement for a classic K that decided to throw a temper tantrum. It has been the best. With the capacity to brew grounds, or swap to loose leaf tea at a whim, it is a must for those with limited counter space. It DOES splutter so be prepared to clean up it's dribbles after you've collected your cuppa, but it's wonderful to be able to use any mugs from the delicate 6oz teacups to the 16oz mega mug underneath the pour spout.
