Absolutely love this case, and believe me, I’m picky about my phone cases. TORRAS has exceeded my expectations in more than one way. I had purchased a new iPhone 16 Pro Max last month and set out to find the right case. I ordered one that was very similar to the one I had on my iPhone 14 Pro Max, and ended up disappointed. The kickstand didn’t operate properly and was difficult to even pull out from the case. I saw a customer with a O ring case that I liked so I started shopping. The one thing I kept noticing as I read reviews from multiple companies/products is that people kept saying very positive things about TORRAS customer service and quality of product so I decided to give this case a shot. It was easy to install, and felt like quality material to protect my phone. I got to test that theory 2 days later when my phone fell out of my sweater pocket at work. The case did its job and no damage was done to the phone, or the case. The button all work great and I don’t have to struggle to use any of the phone’s built in features/buttons. The best part about this case to me is the magnetic O ring. It works great with MagSafe chargers and did not hinder or interfere with charging my phone. But even better that is the fact that the O ring is a strong magnet and will stick to a good metal surface. This has been great for my downtime at work. I can stick my phone to the metal backboard in my working area and watch a video or a podcast, etc. Of course, the O ring is also a 360° rotatable kickstand too. I was pleasantly surprised at the various angles I was able to put my phone in while testing this feature. So, as to their customer service portion, and this is what I found most important about this purchase, they are amazing. I went to register the warranty for the phone case and received a PERSONAL email from their customer service making sure I was happy with the product. I replied that the reviews on Amazon had mentioned how great their customer service and ended up being the reason I chose TORRAS. The representative had misunderstood my email and thought I was reporting a problem with the purchase. She replied immediately that they would send me a replacement case. I cleared up the misunderstanding but was flabbergasted at how fast they replied to me. Believe me, that is extremely rare with sellers in my experience. So they get an A+ from me for customer service. So overall, this case is as a great value for me quality vs pricing. It’s very lightweight and functional. I don’t usually leave reviews, but had to for this case. I have had this case about 3 months after trying about 6 or 8 other cases looking for just the right function to go with my new phone. I wanted a case that would stand on its own, upright or on the side without falling over. While also allowing for MagSafe or wired charging. I also wanted a fun color that matched my personality, and a nice feel. This case does everything and more, Things I like best: 1. the rotating stand, it rotates but has the most satisfying click every 90 degrees, Makes it so much easier to swap from standing to side without falling over due to not quite level as with other rotating stands. 2. bonus function, the spin & click makes a nice little fidget when you rotate lol. 3. The ring makes a nice handle when juggling everyday items. 4. The stand works almost like a clip when walking around the house with no pockets. 5. Love the coral color, it’s almost like a neon pinkish-orange color, makes it easy to find on dark countertops, or when mixed with other people’s phones. (Hubby has the lighter blue and it’s also very nice, also almost neon and easy to see as well.) 6. It works with several different charger and stand styles that I use (overnight, at my desk, in the gym, travel, car etc). 7. All buttons have great functionality, including the camera side button. 8. Easy to take on and off if needed. 9. Lightweight & thin, but still great protection (see below). 10. Customer service (see below)!! 11. The case material is not slippery when holding, and does not stick in pockets, it also doesn’t have the static cling of other cases (cat floof on silicone am I right?!?) Downsides: 1. the camera hole is quite large (as with most designs for the iphone16 pro- so not totally design fault), but I solved this with lens cover accessories just to be sure no damage to lenses. 2. My cat jumped up and knocked my phone off the counter while I was watching a movie with the stand open. The case protected my phone 100% (#1 function of a case after all). Unlucky for me, it landed stand down as it hit the ground. The stand snapped in two and bent like crazy. I was devastated, my new case destroyed, after only 3 months, and a single unlucky fall. Side note: The hinge did survive, and still totally functions, (Unlike other cases with hinged stands that break during normal use!) I tried bending it back to no avail. So I emailed the company through the Amazon contact link, hoping they would cover under some kind of warranty since it was still so new. Within a day they had gotten back to me and sent me a replacement!! I was so impressed with the service, I wanted to leave a review letting others know what a great product this is, and if the worse case (haha) happens, the company stands (haha again) by their product. Giving five stars because no product is perfect but the company made things right when it mattered, even though damage was an accident and not faulty, just life being a pain.     • More robust than expected!

The feel of the case is much better than expected. I thought it would be slippery to hold since it is smooth all over, but it is actually very easy to hold. The design is beautiful and with it being clear, it allows the beauty of the phone to still show through. I will be using the phone and case outdoors a lot so I am curious to see how well it will hold up after a lot of sun and dirt exposure. I do a lot of hiking, backpacking, and rock climbing and chose this case with the stand to film my activities. I usually set up a tripod, but having the stand will allow me to film things more easily. My tripod uses maglock and the maglock on this case is very strong which has been very nice when I use it this way. While my initial plan on using the stand was for filming purposes, I have found it to be perfect for watching videos especially when I am in my camper van. There is no TV in the van so the stand is perfect for watching videos when I am doing dishes or eating meals. The stand is more robust than expected and I am hoping it lasts a long time. I was worried it wouldn't hold up to the activities I like to do. Time will tell but I am optimistic. ... show more

Great phone case. The ring holder is the feature that I like the most and it's very sturdy. The texture of the case is a bit slippery. Perhaps making the texture just a bit more coarse so that it doesn't slip from the hand would be a great improvement.
