Let me start by saying its is my goal to someday live a life when furniture gets delivered to my house assembled and ready to us…I’m tired of being a Babe on a Budget that has to build everything….as you can see by the two completely different chairs following the instructions is important I built the shorter fully completely one my teenage son I guess just freestyled the other one tomorrow when I’m rested I will inspected it better but as for today my hands are cramping from turning an Allen Wrench my knuckles are bleeding from constantly whacking them trying to work in such a confined space…the completed took a lot of effort not all the holes lined up had to contort the chair into various positions this required a second person and their body weight this was the only time my son came in useful today one of the holes had something in it preventing a screw from every going in it I finally gave up we will just have to put a disclaimer on that chair luckily for me I’m a little person…the mostly fully assembled chair does look nice and does feel pretty sturdy even though we had to skip a screw the 2nd chair is still ip for debate we will see ... show more

Luckily, the chairs are sturdy. I was concerned because it is impossible to screw every screw in perfectly straight, which really concerned me and made installation overwhelming until I just gave up on perfection because at least the chairs still hold up and look good. I would advise starting with the table so it is less overwhelming. Then, when you eventually figure out the first chair, at least the second chair you can put together fast as lightning. The instructions could be a lot clearer! The red cushions make the turf grass on my balcony pop, being complementary colors. The chairs are wide, but because the cushions are thick, there is less back support available than if the cushions were smaller. ... show more

The product arrived in a banged up box, upon opening all of the washers and bolts were scattered along the bottom of the box with several washers appearing to be missing. Assembly should be a breeze even though the "instructions" are pretty atrocious. The problem I've run into are some of the pieces aren't in square, they don't line up and the bolts don't grab the thread. I would absolutely avoid buying this and not recommend this purchase to anyone. ... show more

This 3-piece set is very good. Its quality settings are very useful. Two chairs and a small table are very useful. I put it outside the front door for tea and coffee. There are also chats. I had no problem assembling this set. I did it myself in about 40 minutes. I did use a cordless drill with a 6" long allen wrench. Per the instructions, I left all of the screws just snug, placed the item on the deck to level, and then tightened all the screws. I am 6'2" 260 lbs. and feel secure in this chair. I just wish the back was taller but I knew it was short based upon the description. I just ordered 2 more sets to complete seating around a propane fire pit on my deck. ... show more

Leg was bent and screw wouldnt go in all the way, so they are sending me a replacement. Pretty easy to assemble its the tightening of the screws that you can only turn half to a fourth of a turn each time. Took hours to get all the screws tight. I hurt my hand and fingers putting this together so If you purchase this make sure you ware gloves and might wanna put on a movie while you assemble it. Otherwise it seems pretty sturdy ... show more

The seat backs are a lot shorter then I thought the would be. Think of the stadium seats that attach to bleachers. Definitely not the set for you if you’re wanting to kick back and enjoy a beverage. Perfect to have company set in if you don’t want them staying long. Definitely get what you pay for
