Let me start out by saying I love fishing and fish almost everyday. I have thrown hundreds of cast nets and even have monthly demonstrations on how to use cat nets and tie rigs ect. This is the worst thing I have ever bought. Not one time did the net close. After every single throw you have to spend about 30min untangling it. I mean laying it on the ground and fully stretching it out. Then after that when picking it up it somehow tangles again. It is the most frustrating thing ever, By the time you get this thing ready to throw the bait is gone, which absolutely defeats the whole purpose. It ruined fishing for a month for me until I could afford another. It is a shame they can get away with selling this. Amazon removed my first review which was no different than this which makes me even more mad. The amount of waisted time and frustration over this net is insane. I’ve used several cast nets and with time tares will happen, most will take a beating. The nylon material used for the net is so thin it tore on the first twig it got caught in. Only cast it two times. Would not recommend it.
