I got this tankless 9000W electric water heater for under the sink and it does exactly what I needed. It makes the water hot pretty fast, which is way better than having no hot water at all in that spot. For washing hands or quick stuff, it works great. It does need eletrical nearby, so you gotta make sure you have an outlet or the right wiring close enough. But once it’s hooked up, it’s super simple. Turn on the faucet and boom, hot water without waiting forever. What I really like is you dont have to repipe the whole house or run new hot water lines just to get warm water in one sink. This is a way easier solution and way cheaper than messing with plumbing everywhere. Overall it’s a solid little heater. Practical, heats water like it says, and saves a lot of hassle.
