I bought this as I didnt want to install a huge water heater at home. The old pibes were leaking so they are not in use, and I wanted to have a hot water shower available for my mum. THis worked as advertised. I normally give a couple of minutes and it heats the water up quickly. When I select over 40 is burning hot so it works well. I like that is small and the remote feature is awesome. Nothing bad to say to be honest. Lets see longevity wise, but so far 👌🏼

So I’ve already purchased 3 of theses in less then a 3 month span and they’ve failed one way or another the first one leaked the second one gave me an error code and now this one won’t heat up at 110v but the instruction book states that you can hook it up to 220v so we did and guess what it worked for 15 seconds and the water was hot but gave me an error code and shut off then wouldn’t heat up after that and guess what my return window closed so I took it off and threw it in the trash and went and purchased a $600 one from the big box store and it works great

I use this for sink out in garage. It works for one sink. It takes a few to get going, I have found if you dont turn hot water all the way on for 10 seconds or so, it gets hot way faster. It stays warm fairly well, so when I am in garage for a while to use second time and so on it is a lot faster. I would not call this instant by any means, but for my garage it works very well for the price

Works ok once you get use to it but I wouldn't recommend using it on a water line that goes to your automatic dishwasher because it can't heat up the water fast enough with faucet wide open. So far it's still working this was the first one this size that I've boughten. I would definitely recommend it for in a camper where you have a lower water pressure. Product came in a timely manner. Durability it's durable enough just install it in a safe place. I would buy it again for a camper installation but not for in my house again.

This does not work! Had it installed by licensed electrician and it keeps tripping the breaker. The remote does not work which makes it extremely hard to set try and reset anything on the unit because you can not see underneath the sink! The company contacted me, but had to jump through too many hoops to get any support from them. Do not buy this product.

Great water heater! Never had any problems! It's easy to change the temperature of the water, and it's never a problem when you take a shower. There's always plenty of hot water when I need it! This is the product I want!
