This is my first smart toilet purchase and it was an easy installation by the handyman/plumber. I am using this from last 2 weeks and all the functions on remote works as advertised. Auto open/close lid works great when we walk close to the toilet. Since this is a tankless unit, it uses high pressure water to flush better than a traditional tank system. The media could not be loaded. This toilet has been above our standards! The install was super easy coming from someone who has never installed a toilet before. And the product has been absolutely great! Super easy to use, the automatic flush is something I never knew I needed until this toilet and it even comes with a child seat that sits right on top and both our kids (3&5) love this toilet, especially the night light feature on the back of the toilet and inside the bowl when it opens for when they get up in the middle of the night! Don't waste your time of money with any toilet from this seller. After install of our new toilet, there was an internal piece that was defective causing it to leak from the front. Thankfully we caught it before causing too much damage to our newly renovated bathroom. Since then, we have been contacting the seller for weeks to provide a resolution. They finally sent us a part that we had to hire a plumber to come out and install. Unfortunately, this part was also defective and caused even further issues with the toilet. Now we can't even get the seller to respond, and Amazon is not willing to help given we are beyond the 30 day return window. Buyer beware! ... show more

I was a bit dkeptical because I am not familiar with this brand but after compating the product to the ones with similar specs I decided to take the chance and glad I did. This toilet functions and looks like much more expensive ones from name brands. Noise level is good, flush and cleaning work perfectly. Definitely recommend for value of money and wuality. Also I am glad that the seat hole was large enough to accomodate larger adults unlike some other modrls and the toilet even came with an insert to make it compatible for small kids. ... show more
