This is my first smart toilet purchase and it was an easy installation by the handyman/plumber. I am using this from last 2 weeks and all the functions on remote works as advertised. Auto open/close lid works great when we walk close to the toilet. Since this is a tankless unit, it uses high pressure water to flush better than a traditional tank system. The LED light is beautiful and works great for the night time use. Overall this smart toilet with luxury functions at a reasonable price is a great addition to my newly done bathroom.

The item does cost a few bucks but is worth it. The look of the installed toilet is amazing, totally classy. The auto open and close and heated seat is worth the price just for luxury. Of course the Bidet rear wash is also another added luxury. My mother goes to Europe and this is what they have in the nice hotels there. I really like the toilet seat self cleaning so every time I use the bathroom I know I have a clean sanitary seat. The LED night light is great too for late night/early morning use. So overall this is a great addition to the bathroom, has great luxury functions and finishes the bathroom with a classy look.

This toilet only has one flaw and that is its loud. It has the same features as toilets priced three times as much. The heated seat is great, bidet function works as advertised. Auto open/close lid works great. Because this is a tankless unit, it uses high pressure water to flush and that makes a lot more noise than a traditional tank system. It does pre-wet the bowl whenever someone sits on it and that kind of freaks some of our guests out. It would be nice if you could tune off that function. I haven’t figured out how to do that. You will also need an adapter to connect the water line to traditional US water valves. I got mine at Home Depot. I would definitely buy again. Easy install and high quality system.

Don't waste your time of money with any toilet from this seller. After install of our new toilet, there was an internal piece that was defective causing it to leak from the front. Thankfully we caught it before causing too much damage to our newly renovated bathroom. Since then, we have been contacting the seller for weeks to provide a resolution. They finally sent us a part that we had to hire a plumber to come out and install. Unfortunately, this part was also defective and caused even further issues with the toilet. Now we can't even get the seller to respond, and Amazon is not willing to help given we are beyond the 30 day return window. Buyer beware!

The media could not be loaded. This toilet is the BENTLEY of toilets! It is just a dream to use. It is beautiful, practical, and does so many things. It was a piece of cake to install. It looks amazing! My favorite part is that the lid opens when you approach it. I also really love the aromatherapy that is inside the toilet. Also the night light in the bowl it pretty cool! The bidet functions are awesome. We love that we can have hot water! 😄 Definitely would buy this for every bathroom in the house. It will hard to use any other toilet. Ever.
