I am so smitten with our new patio set. The look and feel of the set feels more expensive than what we paid. The wood and rope accent siding has been holding up nicely under our covered patio. I would recommend purchasing this set only for a covered patio given the wood material used and metal screws. The cushions are a bit firmer at first but once you break them in with use, they soften nicely. I think the firmness adds to their durability as well. The cushions look to be washable as they have zippers which is always appreciated. The set was pretty straight forward to assemble. With 2 people, it took about half an hour. I am also impressed with the customer service. We received 2 out of 3 boxes and waited an extra couple of weeks longer than expected for the final shipment. They offered a $30 rebate for our troubles which says a lot about their customer service. Clearly this set was high in demand! If you’re looking for a trendy patio set for an affordable price point and from a quality business that takes customer service seriously, look no further!

The media could not be loaded. I love this set. So pretty! Make sure you purchase some outdoor furniture protector spray/ to protect the wood. I was a little nervous when I receive one box instead of three on the same day. My other two boxes arrive the next day which worked out perfectly for my event. The tracking numbers for the other two boxes were given to me after I reached out to the seller. I think it is imperative that the seller advise the customers that there will be three boxes and they will be shipped separately. So they don't go into panic mode as I did.

I would do 3.5 stars if that was an option, just over "okay". This set arrived in 3 boxes over the period of about one month. That was kind of an inconvenience, but I do understand the supply shortages we are facing globally right now. The sets were easy enough for me and my 13 year old daughter to put together, not to many pieces. I am a very petite woman and when I sat in these I felt like I was sitting in kids furniture or "play furniture". I have a lot of modern furniture, so I am used to low profile, but these are just really tiny. The cushions are about what you would expect at this price point. Firm and uncomfortable, but not overly thin and flimsy. I could be a lot happier with the purchase if it didn't feel so doll like. If you're over 5'1", I would not recommend this for you. It is more or less sturdy for this price point. This is still "short term" furniture a couple of years maybe, nothing you expect to last long term.

I’ve been looking to expand my patio set up to accommodate more people, but it’s been challenging because it’s such a small space. This set seats four people comfortably in my teeny tiny patio. It was really easy to build and was delivered about a week after it was ordered. There were three boxes total and they were delivered in two increments. I am 5’4 and was able to easily build the entire set myself. Giving it four stars because the wood was damaged in some areas and it’s not the highest quality, but is a great value product as described.

I expected this to arrive weeks later than it did but I started receiving boxes within 10 days. Once I received all the boxes (3 of 3) I was able to put it together which took maybe 45 min for all the pieces. Very sturdy and comfortable. Withstood rain already with being in our screened in patio and the cushions dried quickly. Much cheaper price than any store we tried to buy from locally, especially with limited store options, size and pieces to choose from.
