First let me say that all of us who are on-line shoppers realize that often times the actual item turns out to be nothing like the "photo". Not the case here. This was a very good purchase at a VERY reasonable price. I did my homework, and trust me patio furniture is not inexpensive. Fortunately for me, I have a small surface area, and I only needed very few pieces. This set was perfect. It's real wood (not any type of particle board). It's attractive and it's really easy to assemble. I took my time and it took my an hour and a half with some help from the Mrs. There was one small hiccup with the pegs of one piece not wanting to go into their respective holes on each side of the bench. I took my hammer and a screw driver and carefully chiseled a small piece off the inside of one of the holes, easy peezy. If you have a really large space, this may not be for you, but if your space is small...this is a good buy. Strong and good quality. The cushions are a little on the thin side, but I don't plan to live in my backyard. Worst case scenario, if needs be I can always purchase thicker cushions later. Only thing that remains to be seen, let's see how it holds up to rain/moisture. ... show more

We really didn’t know what to expect but we are so glad we listened to the reviews and went with it. Patio furniture prices vary so drastically. We wanted something middle of the road, not just a bench, but not anything luxurious or over a grand. This set is exactly that. It’s sturdy, sleek, modern, and comfortable enough for our front patio. Love the fact that it comes in black cushions. The cushions are pretty firm. Be advised, if you’re thinking this will feel like a sofa, it doesn’t. It feels like a pool lounger (which is fine, like I said we didn’t want a sofa on our deck). We just got it and put it together in under an hour. The only pain was that the screws are very hard to turn, so we used our drill which made it a lot easier. I can’t speak to longevity since we just received it. But I love that I can unzip the covers to wash them. Would recommend for anyone seeking modern, modest patio furniture. ... show more

This set looks fabulous, and is a great value for the price. Assembly is straightforward and comes with easy to follow instructions, however, if you’re using the tools provided (Allen wrench) it takes a good bit of elbow grease to get the job done. A few of the pre-drilled holes didn’t quite line up, so that made it a bit more difficult and time consuming. The cushions are thin and uncomfortable, but look nice. Since cushions generally have to be replaced after a while this wasn’t a big concern for me. Each piece of furniture in the set feels super sturdy after being assembled; only time will tell about the durability. Overall, it looks great and I’d recommend! ... show more

Wonderful product! Very nice looking and sturdy. Had an issue with one of the pieces being broken during shipment, contacted the seller, and they were able to provide replace the broke piece. Evelyn and Betty were easy to work with through the messaging application on Amazon. The pictures were taken after I treated the wood with a UV wood condition which brought out the richer tones in the wood. I live in FL and my front porch has constant exposure, so I would recommend treating it if you love in an area where you have a lot of sun exposure or wet weather to extend the life of the product. Otherwise, no complaints. Super easy assembly; all the screws are the same size and you just use the Allen Wrench provided to screw them in. ... show more

This is a cute little set. It was easy to assemble. The cushions aren’t the most comfortable so I may have to order new cushions from elsewhere at some point, making it more expensive. I don’t love that, but the furniture is cute. One hole wasn’t done properly, so the nail broke off a piece of the wood and there is a chipped corner on the table that was there when it arrived. However, their customer service is great and they sent the parts to replace the defective item, and then some! Would buy from again. Just not cushions. ... show more
