We have lots of Alexa’s that can show pictures but they are in the wrong places to see framed pictures. I bought this and we have LOVED it. Now our pictures aren’t stuck in the cloud, we can enjoy them along with the memories they bring. The pictures look great. I have it set to changing every minute so it isn’t distracting. It’s like looking at a framed picture where the picture changes periodically. It automatically added the frame to my share icon so when I get a picture in an email it text I just send it to the frame. It automatically rotates pictures taken horizontally, but it shows them as portrait and a lot is cut off. You can select fit to screen and it will put the picture as almost a small banner with a fuzzy version of the picture as the background. This makes the picture too small sometimes when the frame is across the room. For pictures in portrait mode It asks you what is the most import area (the area that will show in the middle of the frame, so you can fuss with what will show. You can also move the picture directly on the frame. I would like to see the ability to zoom in or out with your hand on the frame when you need the picture just a tad bigger or smaller. My relatives will be getting these for Christmas!

I have enjoyed this picture frame for over a year. Bought one for each of our parents. They really enjoy them too. I do recommend. A recent update adding a weather widget to the screen was unwanted and detracts from the pictures. I hope they update with a way to turn it off but as of right now, I don't see how to turn it off. I can get this info from my phone. I don't need or want it on my picture frame.

Set up was easy, the app is simple & they absolutely love getting updated pictures from their kids/grandkids to see what’s going on in their lives. The frame works well, but I wanted to use an SD with it instead of the app they push on you. There isn't a mention of the requirements for an SD card in the manual it ships with. Turns out it must be 32GB or less and formatted as FAT32. If you load an SD bigger than that, and not formatted properly, it won't pick it up. However, you can format the card with a smaller partition for 32GB as FAT32 and it works fine. You just won't be using the all the space you paid for on the SD. Wasn't a big deal for me, but did cause some 'head scratching' initially. As mentioned, the manual wasn't much help in that regard. Otherwise, the frame is good. Gets the job done.

Gifted this to my grandma for her birthday and shared the special code (easy set up!) with all the grandkids who quickly loaded her up with some fun memories to look at on a loop all day! She says it’s the best gift she has ever received! Picture is crisp and can edit the fit of the photos if needed. Hardest part of setup was getting the protective screen cover off 😂 Update: Also had to get one for my parents and for myself! Grandma even got one for a cousin of mine who just had her bridal shower!
