I had to tap several of the holes and chase the threads on several of the bolts. It took extensive leverage to line up some of the parts well enough that they could be assembled. My wife is pretty self-sufficient and she could NOT assemble this without a lot of help due to poor manufacturing quality. I had a couple of the black square plastic plugs missing that go on the bottom. Contacted customer support. Sent pics. No reply. It's not nearly as comfortable to sit on as it may look and it seems to be built for smaller people or early teens. All in all, I'm not impressed and do not recommend this product to anyone. Robert

So, i have to admit, it is a gorgeous set and versatile. It is a nightmare putting it together. You need power tools, and at that, your power tools that have flexible extended bits. It took two men with considerable handyman experience 2.5 hours to put this together. The "how to" guide is sub-par by any comparison and the furniture parts are not built uniformly [as are IKEA's] so joining and aligning the bits and pieces is a challenge. There was a bit of a hiccup with the delivery as well. This is a combination package of 4 boxes. But that doesn't mean that each box is contained to its own specific item and nuts and bolts. you have to open everything and then assemble them, as some of the nuts and bolts are in a different box. In my case, the 4th box arrived about 10 days later than the other boxes. The cushions are thin and the foam flattens easily, so not very comfortable. I'd give this product a 2 star, but the color blue was so pretty, i gave it a WHOLE star just for the color. Otherwise, seriously, i regret my purchase.

Cheaply made and seller doesn’t sell replacement cushions. This material gets stained very easily so you have to end up buying a new set just to replace cushions because they are such sizes that can’t be replaced by buying generic replacement cushions online

Average to assemble. Takes 2 people. Got 2 screws missing so not sure where to get same kind. Patio dining is smaller than usual but most affordable price i’ve seen with this kind.

Was very disappointed with this set. Firstly the deliveries were all over the place - I received three different deliveries and I still ended up missing a box although after I contacted the company, it did turn up. What I don’t like about it is that it was just so difficult to build. The holes didn’t align and we had to use a whole bunch of tools to get it set up. It’s also lower than I realized and not particularly sturdy. Wish I had got something else. We’ve got it and we’ll use it until it breaks but I wouldn’t get it again.
