I purchased the 48 Piece Metric Set. Yes. Made in China, also says so on the box. It would be nice if ALL products sold on Amazon that are Made in China are labeled here at the site as such. If the "value" is there then the Country of Origin for a product is not that much of a big deal, except we need more of those jobs brought back to the USA. Okay.... Back to the purpose of this review.... I have not used any of the sockets I received, thus far. I have worked with impact sockets long enough to determine by appearance, weight, finish and design for gripping fasteners that these sockets are quality for the money paid. Mine also had a nice coating of oil on the surfaces and were secure in the organizer case when delivered. Value? Yes. I think for the price I received what I paid for, although, not "Snap-On" grade. But.... with 'Snap-On' you are also paying for the name too and a much higher price. I have used Snap-On tools. They also have their issues. (I will probably get raked over the coals by Snap-On diehards. But they know it's true.) Do I expect to crack or break a socket? Of course... it happens, again, even with Snap-On it just may take longer. With respect to this product review, I believe with these sockets the ole adage holds true... "You get what you pay for." First, I like to be organized. These come in a rigid plastic case and everything is held nicely in its place. The tools are very clearly marked as to size. The price seemed very reasonable. I purchased the 3/8" drive Tightspot impact sockets for use with my M18 impact wrench. Upon arrival I couldn't be more pleased. The socket set is well put together and seem to be strong enough to handle the impact wrench. I used it today to remove the rear wheel from a Jeep with no problem. The warranty is above and beyond what I expected. If you're having a difficult time deciding which of the many impact socket sets to buy; I recommend these from Tightspot.
