It took 2 of us about 2 hours to put together and we had all the hardware we needed (and then some) Relaxed on the lounge right away and it is now so delightful to sit in our yard. The set looks nice, but the cushions are really thin and there are already impressions in the chaise cushion from sitting on it over the last 3 days. You’ll also need to get Velcro strips to secure the cushions or they’ll slide off.
